It's Walmart we all know what to expect Low paid employees with complete disregard of there job. People always stealing from self checkout. This will never change because this is what the people running this establishment want.

Very clean store, very helpful employees. Store manager Joe goes above and beyond to make sure you get what your looking for and if he doesn't have it, then he'll make sure its ordered for you.

It's absolutely abhorrent that they've replaced every single living human cashier with self checkouts. There's not one single actual cashier! Hey Walmart, if I'm expected to "work" for you then, I'd like a discount! Self checkout is NOT faster, it's NOT a time saver, it's NOT MY JOB TO CHECK MYSELF OUT!! The store is a cluster-f&$k thats poorly organized and dirty. 75% of the associates are pleasant but the rest walk around with major RBF...but I guess I can understand not being happy about working where all human interaction has been replaced by computers. I'll just order from Amazon from now on.

Used self checkout today because only one register was open with a huge line. I purchased 4 clearance items and a basket full of items totalling approximately $90. 2 out of 4 clearance items rang up the wrong price and it was not a small difference. They were double the price advertised. I didnt make a scene and pushed the button for customer service and someone came over, confirmed and corrected the price. During check out a walmart employee sitting at a computer 25 feet away starts yelling about Bananas not ringing up for enough. I was standing their holding Bananas that I either picked up off the scale or my wife handed me from the scale and I assumed she was addressing me. She yelled that they needed to be redone and that they didnt ring up for enough. Another employee came over and cleared what they rang up as and re weighed them. Apparently they were picked up too quickly and only registered a portion of the weight. Man what a scene. Simply walking over and saying they didnt ring up correctly would have been sufficient. I didn't raise my voice and cause a scene about the $8 I was overcharged, no reason for you to yell about about your scale undercharging 2# of Bananas at 59 cents a pound. I hate self check out and never choose it but in this case the wait was too long for the single register being open. If this is how you want to run a business you need to work on your employees customer service skills. I haven't received any self check out training. Has this employee received any customer service training? Embarrassing.

Went to buy an adapter for my iPad. First problem the aisle is should have been on didn't exist. Then employee told me oh it's over there somewhere but I couldn't figure out where that was. Another employee helped me but the shelf price was higher than the app price and she gave me a lame excuse as to why they couldn't match the app price. Talk about bait and switch! Only reason I went to Walmart is the item was $15 cheaper on the app.

Yesterday's visit could have gone SO much better. I went in there with limited time available. The sports drinks (Gatorade) were not on the aisle marked "Sports Drinks" but were two aisles away. The moist wipes were nowhere near the toilet paper. There were no bandage scissors with the bandages. I have no idea where the razors were. They were not in the Personal Care section. Consequently, I was not able to get everything on my list and get back to the hospital before visiting hours ended. Y'all in Walmart need to get your store straightened out!

Worst Customer Service Ever!!! 7/6/22 - I purchased an ice cream maker online. It was faulty. I was going to return this to my local store, and then changed my mind thinking maybe this particular one was a faulty product and I wanted to try to exchange it. I took it to the store and was informed, they can't do exchanges on an online order. I would have to get my refund and buy another one at what ever price it currently was, even it it was a higher price. I said forget it. I'll take the refund. I was then told they didn't even have any. I used a gift card for part of my purchase. I asked for the gift card amount be returned as a gift card and the rest go back to my VISA. They then told me that because I didn't have the original gift card, they couldn't do that. I had to get a gift card for the whole amount. I don't want that. I don't normally shop at Walmart. I did this time because the ice cream maker was on sale and I had the gift card for Walmart. I was reminded, after this experience why I don't shop at Walmart. I called customer service from the online number and was told that because I had started a return, it could not be changed to an exchange, and I couldn't mail it back for a refund, because I had said I would take it to the store. They said as soon as I returned it they would refund my money. I asked HOW it would be refunded and was told it would be to the original cards I had used. I again told them I didn't have the original gift card. They said they would put it on another one. I had to remind them I had to return it to the store and they said I couldn't get a new gift card. Yet I could get a new gift card for the WHOLE amount. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn't one available. Now I'm stuck with either a broken ice ream maker or an $80 gift card for a store where they have absolutely nothing I want. 7/7/22 - UPDATE: I received an eGift cCard with the same number as the one I tossed from a Domestic Gift Card Team, Resolution Specialist III, with a zero balance. I was able to go back to the store and return the ice cream maker with funds put back on the original sources of purchase. The eGift Card stated, "We are issuing this gift card as compensation for the recent issues you've experienced". I appreciate being given a REPLACEMENT gift card so I didn't have to place my whole purchase on a new gift card, but to say a gift card with ZERO balance was "compensation for the recent issues you've experienced" was a joke. Compensation would have been to allow me to exchange the ice cream maker for another one, or at least have a small balance of $10-$15 on the gift card with some sort of sorry for your troubles, maybe this will help type of note. Still shaking my head.

Corporate and leadership please read! This store has the laziest people I've ever seen. It is now 8am, I've been at this store since 5am. Why are employees not greeting customers? Why are employees eating on sales floor? Why are employees hiding in garden avoiding work? I'm pretty sure walmart covers alot of basics in orientation, all being ignored at this store. The ONLY employee I saw greet a customer, was JJ. You all need to be retrained, and some of you need to find new jobs. As a shareholder this store is disturbing. Fix it.
