POOR SERVICE AT CHECK OUT.
I was checking out. The heavey set blonde haired guy with the long pony tail tried to throw me out of the store and refused to serve me. It was over revealing my personal information to him.
I gave him an old ID. He said," I can't used this."
As I searched foe the current id, I said, "I would rather you not see my personal information as to why I gave it."
He looked me up and down rolling his eyes with fury and said, "I am DONE with you. Get out!" And took the item from me and would not serve me. "You can get another to serve you!" So I tried to reach for the item. He yelled, "DO NOT TOUCH THAT ITEM!" And shooed me away from him as if he was a royal and I was a peasant to him. Is he Henry VIII? He sure does act like it.
I had to go back to the isle and get another and then find another associate to help me. It was so embarrassing
The line was full. Nobody in the line spoke up for me. All kept silent and waited to be served by him.
Another woman who was stocking in the rear came up and helped me with no issue and apologized to me. She gave me contact info to file a complaint.
All I did was tell him that I didn't want him to see my personal info while I was searching for the current ID. It was so embarrassing and I will not allow him to serve me ever again. I will always request someone else as he ordered! I don't obey people like him. I avoid them. DRAMA!

The people who work at this Walgreens are the absolute kindest and friendliest ever. The pharmacy staff is very patient and supportive and the front of the store staff is good natured and awesome. These people really make the store.

Last time for me at this location. I have a sprained glute and on Friday went for X-ray and doc sent in a Prednisone pack. I switched my monthly scripts to CSV back in October 2023, because they were always out and would never communicate that. (no issues at CSV)I have been in extreme pain for a week , and decided this was closer and a simple Prednisone pack so all should be good. I find out that my script will take an hour so I go eat and waited until the app called me, which it did at 5:59 PM.I arrived at the pharmacy at 6:05 to be told by Maeve that it will be another hour. The pain making me impatientI did raise my voice about my disappointment. I showed her that the number called me but because I picked up the phone, I did not have a message, she told me an hour.I finally had to get out of line, pull up the app on my phone , found the completed script, got back in line and showed her, the look on her face when she walked over, found it in less than a minute. So Maeve, perhaps you could tone up your customer service skills a bit and think for yourself, instead of making things up and saying an hour!!!I highly recommend CVS in Flagstaff , larger presence so they don't run out, and the pharmacist is excellent and extremely helpful! As I promised, I will never set foot in this one again, and my monthly meds, usually run around $400 a month.

They made a mistake that led to me being withtout my meds for over a month, refused to look into it or fix it at first, and then didn't even apologize once they realized it was their mistake. They don't talk to their customers with any care or respect. The actual pharmacist on staff is the only exception, he's very caring and treats his customers like human beings. The rest of the staff should follow his lead.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called this morning at 8:30am to have my son's mandatory prescription refilled was told they would have it ready in 2 hours. Got there at 3:45 pm today. They still don't have the prescription ready. Said I need to come back at 5.They literally put meds from a bigger bottle into a smaller bottle. What's the hold up?Save your time and go someplace else. Working with docs now to send any and all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Screw Walgreens.

This is the best Walgreens for me, because the staff is actually incredible. I wish I knew their names, but the lady from the east coast in the makeup department is great, the black man as a cashier is so genuine and funny, and the young white gentleman at the photo department was so pleasant. I felt at home and was able to get everything I needed and more on multiple occasions. I didn’t feel rushed, or like I couldn’t enjoy myself at Walgreens services. Maybe I can find their names out and re edit this. Anyway, it’s been like 3 years I’ve been coming here at the employees have really come together at this location, I’m happy for y’all.

Why does Walgreens deny medication to customers. My insurance refuses to pay for a medication and Walgreens states customers can’t pay for the prescription out of pocket if insurance denied it. The cost for out of pocket was $6.09.Walgreens is offering a screening exam by one of the Walgreen Pharmacists to determine if someone qualifies for this particular prescription. The cost for that appointment $44. The pharmacist advised it’s generally easier to get the prescription filled at Walgreens, as pharmacists prescribing meds is new. Obviously this is not easy if Walgreens only offers the medication to people whose insurance covers the prescription. Strange thing that you cannot pay out of pocket for this medication at Walgreens when you’re able to for other ones. So be aware, you very well may be denied the ability to purchase medication at Walgreens even when a qualified prescriber determines you should qualify for the prescription to be written. Ability to pay out of pocket is based on your insurance company’s coverage for medications.

My Rx insurance plan is presently not in the Walgreens's network but, because CVS did not carry the Rx my M.D. issued, I had to work with Route 66 Walgreens tonight. Since I had to have the medication, I picked it up a few hours ago. (My MD told me I might be able to find a coupon to reduce the expense. I couldn't.) When Malorie noticed my Rx would be out of pocket, she offered to find a coupon for me. And she did! The coupon she found reduced the cost from $107 to around $57. Malorie, bless your heart and, also, the pharmacist who explained the anti-fungal drug to me. Thanks, Walgreens and staff!

The pharmacist is great but the pharmacy support staff is the worst customer service delivered by scary looking people who haven't washed their hair in weeks.

Pharmacy staff is great but their computer system is a mess. I've scheduled 2 Covid boosters and both times they had run out. The second time they even called me to cancel, while I was waiting in line. I have a life bigger than waiting in line for nothing

Pharmacy staff were very rude and not helpful. I realize something’s are in the insurance or doctors office hands, however there is always someway to check or call in about scrips. They flat refused to make the attempt to contact to inquire. I transferred pharmacies and was helped by CVS more throughly.
