The pharmacist is great but the pharmacy support staff is the worst customer service delivered by scary looking people who haven't washed their hair in weeks.

Very awful drive thru lady, I need my prescription and she lied and said I couldn’t get it until Monday, I transferred my prescription to the other Walgreens in town and WOW what a 360 on service they helped me pick up my prescription same day and was very helpful. The lady with long nails in the drive thru acts like she hates her life!!!

Firstly, let me say the staff at this pharmacy are great. They are very kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, their wonderful service is completely wasted at this location. This location is constantly out of stock of important prescription medications that other pharmacies in town seem to have no problem obtaining. They are constantly wrong about the last time that I picked up my medications. They lose my GoodRX coupons EVERY time I’ve tried to use them. They insist every visit that I’ve never used GoodRX before and there’s no record of it in our system so I have to go find the codes on the app again, and every time the price seems to fluctuate +/-4 dollars. I finally decided to take the plunge and shift all of my prescriptions to another location and I’m honestly shocked at how simple it is compared to this pharmacy. The pleasant and considerate staff at this location would be so much better off with a more competent company.

They still haven't really figured out vaccination since this Walgreens and you'd think after a couple years they would have figured out the process.

I was in this Walgreens to pick up a prescription. The man in front of me was old, maybe 70-80. He was sitting on a chair, over to the side of the pharmacy window. The tech told him to come over and stand right there. The old man said his feet hurt and again the tech said stand right there. So this old man gets down on the floor because he cant stand. I was almost in tears. I went and got him a chair and helped him get up off of the floor. Then I go up to pick up my prescription, and another pharmacy tech told me that they don't take GoodRx at their store. She said they don't have to. She said "I don't know why they don't tell people that." I called GoodRx and told me they are under contract to honor GoodRx. I tried to call the pharmacist (he didn't seem to know what was going on at the time) and waited over 15 minutes and he never got on the line. I won't ever go back here.

The pharmacy staff is the best of any pharmacy I have used. Prescriptions are filled promptly. There is always smiles and sometimes laughter, which is great I'm this day and age.

This was the absolute worst experience. I have had Covid tests done here through the drive thru multiple times over the last 2 years. The 2 girls working the pharmacy today were beyond horrible. They should not work in customer service. We got berated for being late, we had 4 appts for Covid tests ranging from 3:15-4:00pm. We arrived to the window about 3:25 after waiting 20 minutes in-line. Got asked "Would you show up late to a medical appt?" Then spoken to like I was a bad 2 year old. Telling us we had to go to the back of the line for the 4:00 appt. The line is 5 cars deep. We would definitely be very late then. How does any of this make any sense? Is this what customer service has come to? We left. We will NEVER go there again. I will tell everyone I know how horrible these 2 "girls" behaved. What a shame. Don't waste your time. At least until these 2 girls have been fired.

I am not typically a review writer, especially when I have a negative experience but today was awful! I was picking up a prescription my doctor sent in and was immediately greeted at the drive through window with unnecessary rudeness and eyerolls. Like no joke... It started off by me stating my name (I could barely hear the lady (Abbey) and she immediately got so annoyed and replied picking up or dropping off (cue the rude tone and eye roll)? My allergies are bad so bad right now, I can barely hear, but my bad for giving you information out of order is what I was thinking. Her attitude surprisingly got worse when she told me that in order to receive the generic brand, I would have to have my doctor call again. I politely asked what he prescribed and she told me the brand name. (She litterally rolled her eyes AGAIN and proceeded to do so everytime I asked her a question). It was so strange, not to mention, uncomfortable. I asked her how much the brand name was. She told me she deleted it and didnt know so I should just have my doctor call and prescribe the generic one. I told her I'd prefer not making another trip to town today and would like if she could tell me how much the medication my doctor prescibed was... She literally walked off with not only an eye roll this time but also threw her head back. I felt like I was in the Twilight zone. A pharmasist ended up coming up and looking up the information for me (my guess is Abbey just didnt know how to). She told me and I said id take it! When I confronted her once everything was ready, I asked her if I did anything to offend her and her reply was "just doing my job." I was so dumbfounded my the whole experience. Ive worked in and around customer service my whole working life and I honestly have never experienced anything like this. So unnecessary.... but regardless, I hope the girl was just having a bad day and that shes normally not like that. I definitely prayed for her afterwards that her day got better and she was kinder to the other CUSTOMERS.

The gray haired lady at the pharmacy is very rude and dismissive. Makes you very uncomfortable to do business there

I write as a long-time Walgreens Customer--back at least to the 1980's. I remember the days when the Flagstaff--Milton Road Walgreens had a 24-hour Pharmacy. Going to Milton Road Walgreens or any Walgreens in "the Valley" was and is a pleasure. The Flagstaff E. 66 Walgreens--as other Yelp! reviewers have noted--sadly is not a pleasure, but a chore none of us should be saddled with. I made an appointment for a vaccination and had to wait long after the scheduled appointment time and when I asked what was going on, I was told they were "busy." When I made appointments for Covid-19 Testing at the E. 66 Walgreens and arrived a little early, I'm told that they cannot help me, because I am early. They insist I "go around the store and get back on the drive-thru line," even though I offered to wait at the drive-thru line until they were ready. Of course, the "fly in the ointment" (there should not be any "flies" at Pharmacies) is that this Walgreens only has one drive-thru lane, so getting at the end of the drive-thru lane, may well make you late for the appointment--and Walgreens proudly advises customers that if you are more than 15 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment. What a poor way to do business--especially since other Walgreens--the Good Walgreens" do not treat their customers in this way. For a look at a good comment on Walgreens E 66, see Seinfeld--The Car Reservation-- For what it is worth, I asked the E 66 pharmacist for a telephone number of a Walgreens Corporate Office I could complain to. He was not helpful.

This review is not in regards to the retail store but the PHARMACY, which will bend over backwards to NOT administer your scheduled COVID test. I had an appointment for a COVID test at 4:45pm. I pulled into the drive-thru line of about 7-8 cars around 4:35pm, and didn't arrive at the window until 5:03pm. Pharmacy tech Nicole told me COVID testing was cut off at 5pm. I explained I had been waiting in the line for about 30 minutes and arrived before my appointment time. Nicole quickly left the window and TOMMY appeared, reiterating the cut-off. I reiterated my pre-appointment arrival time. So then he took a few minutes to check the security camera footage, which the camera view he was accessing did not cover the wrap-around of the drive-thru line to the adjacent side of the building. So TOMMY determined that I had not arrived on time (not that he couldn't confirm my arrival time because most the line went out of his camera view; he determined that I was lying). Aside from me being a big fat liar, this was simply PROTOCOL he was following, there was no way to test after 5pm - as if the test administrator was gone by then, it sounded. Also, that I was in the wrong for not calling them while I was in line. Well, I had no idea there was a 5pm cut-off, for one, so two, why would I have called them holding up this slow line more? I wish the story ended here. After I went home untested, I scheduled another appointment for 3:15pm the following day (obviously TOMMY wasn't going to offer to do that). To make sure I wasn't late, I got in line at 2:24pm and arrived at the window at about 2:45pm. "Great!" I thought. Nope, Nicole, afterwards echoed by TOMMY, said I was too early. PROTOCOL got me again: 2:45pm and 3pm appointments must test before me (gee, hope they show up), and that I must test by 3:30pm. I asked to speak with the manager but TOMMY, pharmacy tech, runs things here, per Tommy, and I must go to the back of the line and try again. If I continued to wait at the window, I would be called for trespassing (do recall, I'm here for a scheduled appointment.) But I don't mess around with those things, so to the back of the line I went. At 2:56pm, a car pulled up behind me, and I think to myself, crud, what if this is the 3pm that must test before me (re: PROTOCOL). So once I reach the bend of the line, I pull out and go to the back of the line for the third time today. Finally, luck has stricken me - I pulled up to the window at 3:13pm, and I am accepted for testing. So now I'm thinking this elusive tester who leaves at 5pm on the dot every day will surface. Nope, these two can handle the testing operations - so it was just TOMMY PROTOCOL that prevented me from being tested the previous day. Then Nicole made sure to mention that the 3pm appointment was there at 3:05pm with only one go at the line, just to emphasize that I'm the ONLY one who has timing issues. Yep. Thank you, Walgreens 2610 E. Rte. 66, for this 24 hour ordeal over a 30-second test.

This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. I have had numerous negative experiences here and NOW I have FINALLY had it. The girl working the drive thru this morning went to check to see if my medication was in stock and did not return for almost 10 min. She said the reason for her not returning was because I was on the phone (emergency call with work) and that was rude. I was waiting for her to return so I answered a call from work, really? THEN.... she said she has the medication in stock but I can't pick it up until tomorrow because I was on the phone...are you serious??? Is this a joke, I'm sorry how old are we?
