I switched from using a large chain pharmacy to Wadhams initially because one of my medications is a compound and they’re one of the only places in Flagstaff that does compounds. I couldn’t be happier with the service and care they put into their work. Very friendly and helpful. They have a great community feel and have gotten to know me as a patient and a person. I don’t just feel like another customer or a number with them. I highly recommend Wadhams if you’re looking for a quality, locally owned and operated family pharmacy with a more personal, yet professional health care experience.

I telephoned three times in order to determine the cost of compounding a drug. The first time I spoke with June; the second time, Barb; the third time, June again. The request I had left them the first time (nine days earlier) was not even in their records. Rather than provide again the details when I telephoned the third time (June asked me to tell her what the Rx was) I followed my gut and decided that Wadhams does not know much about providing conscientious customer service. Considering how that could effect their conscientiousness when compounding, I decided that I would do well to not trust them.

My doctor faxed my prescription in 2/ 8/21 wadham said it didn't get there. I called the doctor they had faxed it. So when I called wadham back they oh yes they had just lost it . During the next week they list it 4 more times. I finally got the script one week later. Didnt get anything on side effects no instruction on how to use the two medications didn't tell me how to use it nothing. Worst experience I ever had. Will not ever use them again and will tell everyone not to use them.

The ladies at this pharmacy are wonderful. They are helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to see me. I have been coming to this pharmacy since they opened and try not go anywhere else.

If you've advertised closing at 530pm, then keep answering your phone until 530pm. Do Not stop answering your phone at 5pm! And now you're not open for 3 days? Really?

I have no idea how this apothocarry has 5 stars. My experience was TERRIBLE! My doctor submitted my script to them, they lost it, scrambled to fill it a week later after I had to call every hour until someone answered. Tell me they are working on it now and will call me later in the day when complete. No call. Three days later I call back, no answer, I leave message. Day later no call back, I call - no answer, leave message, again no call back. I call every hour now till someone answers, FINALLY an answer. "Oh we forgot about you", come down at 5:15 and we will have RX ready. I get there at 5:15, of course it isn't ready. We will make it now she says, comes back and tells me "Oh we only have enough to give you 10 pills vs whole RX" (unbelievable!). Meanwhile other lady in waiting room is also getting run around and both customers in this place are appauled at the severe lack of business acumen, organization, and customer service. I will never do business here again!! I can't believe this is the only Pharma in town with Naturthroid. I think I'd almost rather go into lack of meds problems than deal with this place!

I love this pharmacy. The personal touch, the one on one conversations with the owner, is worth more to me than I can express. I feel so very well taken care of with these people. I have been with them for about 2 years now, and there was never a time, when they would not go out of their way to help.
