One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and they were very caring and supportive during the process all the way to the end. When that time came everyone showed so much empathy and kindness and the process was handled so well and made it much easier to handle knowing that they were taking good care of the after life arrangements. I take my dogs that I still have in for all their other appointments and treatments and will continue to do so for them and any future pets I get.”

“Adopted a stray cat we found in pretty dire straits in Roswell on a road trip from Ohio to Sedona, AZ and they were able to get us in the day of on an emergency visit, got our little guy up to date on all his vaccinations, and were incredibly hospitable through the entire process. Every single member of the staff here are absolute rockstars, I wish they weren't 1500+ miles away from us at home or I would absolutely make them my primary care provider for our cats!”

“Dr. Baker is the very best vet in town. She goes above and beyond to be affordable, considerate, thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and above all, a genuinely kind human being. She has cared for many of my cats and dogs, and is incredibly knowledgeable. It is clear that her number one priority is their health and well-being. She instantly gave me a second opinion when my cat was seeking emergency treatment from another vet while he was clearly losing his life from a mis-diagnosis. She quickly saw him, properly diagnosed him, and he instantly got better. I am eternally grateful, and will continue to encourage anyone in town to go to her for their beloved fur-children. “We love Midtown. My dog Zoroaster is EXTREMELY anxious and Dr Mac always does everything he can to mitigate his stress during appointments. Recently, Zoroaster started a new injectable medication for his hip dysplasia, the techs spent a ton of time going over everything with me and helping me learn to do it on my own at home. They are prompt with prescription refills and the front desk ladies are always so much fun and so kind.”

“Willow is worth EVERY penny! My fiancé and I started taking our two young dogs to Willow, the dog trainer, when we were struggling and at a loss on how to teach them. We signed up for the six week course, expecting for them to really only learn their names, sit, stay (the basics). Both dogs as well as myself, just graduated doggy school with more knowledge than I could have expected. We were taught the basics and so much more. Because of Willow I can now put my dogs in a sit, place their food bowls on the floor and release them one at a time BY NAME! Willow continually gave us tip tricks, and fun enrichment games to play that the dogs absolutely LOVE. Willow truly goes above and beyond with her clients. When we are at PetCo on a non - training day she says hi, knows the dogs by name, and answers any and all questions we have. Thank you Willow!”
