Recently stopped in to transfer service from T-Mobile as call quality and connectivity have gotten progressively worse. The two gentlemen working were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and there was no lapse in quality despite a full room of people they were attending to. Daniel helped my boyfriend and I with our phones and was funny, fast, and made us feel like we were truly getting the best deal. Would recommend this location to anybody needing support.

Alex was extremely helpful and patient with the process to solve my phone-charging issue. He was able to suggest ways to lower my monthly payments while proposing a phone upgrade for me! I appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for his customers!

Had the worst experience with the manager he’s rude, not helpful and he thinks just cause he’s the manager he’s the best thing ever would totally never go there anymore didn’t wanna help out at all I am a manager and I would never treat my customers and there’s kids the way he did if the owner cares about he’s store he would change the manager there

Lied to me about the battery life on the Flip Z phone. I'm now stuck with it and when I go in to get them to help me they say there's nothing they can do. I've purchased 5 phones and tablet here. They've lost my business. And more I have 3 hours of phone calls invested into Verizon trying to replace this horrible phone so I can do my job.

My husband and I had a great experience with Woodlands Verizon. Chase helped us out so much. We went to another Verizon on Rte 66, and the employee there messed up our trade-in value and bill payments. We went Verizon at Woodlands and Chase caught all the errors and saved us so much money and gave us the accurate quote. He has great attention to detail, good customer service and is patient. I highly recommend asking for Chase on your phone needs at Woodlands Verizon.

Alex helped me open up a new account. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about current promotions and options(that led to an amazing free Apple Watch and highly discounted 15pro max). I really left this store feeling taken care of. I highly recommend getting your Verizon needs taken care of at the 2625 S Woodlands Village BlvdFlagstaff, AZ 86001 location. The employees and customer service here are great! Hard to come by these days.
