My wife and I, Verison customers for well over 20 years went in to take care of some problems with our phones. As we watched several customers who had come in after us get served, we politely asked when was our “turn”. A young lady acknowledged that we were skipped, and directed a young man to assist us. This kid was rude and disrespectful. Claiming he felt threatened by our questions. We will not be using this location again due to the unacceptable and rude comments made by the ignorant employee. I wish I had gotten his name.

I've been added to my sons family plan and I went in to close out my old account. The people at verizon have always been pleasant and understanding. The young man asked how he could help and showed me respect without interrupting or complaining. I had been at another service, to get set up on my sons plan, and they were rude and pushy and whiny. It was so nice to be in this verizon, that I wished my sons plan was with them. Thank you verizon for hiring good people.

Traded in my phone for credit to get a free phone and they stole my phone and charged me full price for my s23 that was supposed to be free...need a phone call Verizon themselves don't go here!

I cannot get ahold of this place, neither could corporate. It says their open but they weren't and I had to cancel my phone order because I needed it today!
