Roy is the rudest man I have ever met and I don’t know how he has not gotten fired yet. He has no customer service skills whatsoever, he is so rude. I go to this post office at least 3x a month and every time Roy is there to be rude to me and every other customer he comes into contact with. Was standing in line today when a lady went up to the counter to return some packages, he immediately tells her in a rude tone “needs to be sealed” she says okay well usually FedEx and UPS tape, seal, and pack it for me (which is true) he said “don’t care needs to be taped” again very rude. If this is protocol for this post office I understand, but he could at least have been nice about it. He is not helpful whatsoever, doesn’t offer to help you pack your packages or anything else just sits there with a miserable look on his face. He is truly one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and I dread going into the post office to see him. Don’t know why he still works here after all of the negative reviews I’ve seen of him, he makes everyone’s days worse. Fire him!!

CHAINED! Can't even use the kiosk. This is terrible. They should put a kiosk in a mall or someplace public because there's no courier open on Sunday here.

I honestly choose to drive further to the one on postal Boulevard because of the experiences at the downtown location. Rude and flat affect almost every time. Poor customer service.

Loved it! This post office is the best one in the world! People need to mail more things and come in here to check out the place. ?✉️Even if you don't have to mail something, just come in and buy stamps to see the beautiful steps and the awesome shrubbery. Don't mind the busted out windows and the chains on the door. Someone just got a little bit excited. ??

Feb 16 2023, package out for delivery, never got it! Did not get any information from them until the 23 saying it couldn’t be delivered due to snow. Only problem is it didn’t snow for 4 plus days after the initial out for delivery! Mean while my boy is still waiting and needing it to finish his job application. We do have a tracking number.

I want to support USPS. And will continue to do so, DOMESTICALLY!However - ran into a major issue with shipping internationally. The clerk forgot to mention that it may take up to 45 days to clear costumes. And I paid extra for it to be delivered in 3-5 days. Btw they don’t offer 3-5 day delivery internationally. Unfortunately now my package is somewhere out there, and may possibly take 3-4 more month to get there.

This downtown location is the only one I will go to now. Karen is one of my favorite people at this location. She's always friendly and understanding. If I have any issues with tracking a package I've shipped, she looks into them right away! They can get super busy, especially around the holidays so please be understanding. They can only work so fast in the busy times, yet they are friendly with a smile on their face through it all. I do wish there was more parking, but being downtown it's understandable that it's minimal. Sometimes I have to drive around the block so I can get a parking space once someone else leaves. But that's not their fault, that's the city. They have a good amount of P.O. Boxes available to customers and they take care of the mail quickly for those boxes. They also have a good selection of shipping materials to purchase and the free USPS shipping boxes. They also have a great selection of holiday stamps and regular stamps. So this location is my absolute favorite, and I will continue to do my business here!

I got an small overnight box sent to my PO box, so a box inside the post office, had to pay $28 for it to be overnighted. Checked the status when I woke up, it said it was delivered and was brought to the post office at 2:38am. Went to my po box at 2:30pm, not there. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were so busy that they didn't have time while open to put all the boxes in the po box so I stopped by at 6pm and a freaking slip was put in and on the other side all the reasons for this yellow slip was not right at all. The box fit in the po box all the other months I got it, there was no mail at all in there, postage was on the box correctly and it didn't require a signature. This box contained my meds I needed. So super important and made zero sense why they would take the time to put the yellow slip in but not put the small box in. I'm beyond frustrated because I truly try to give people the benefit but this is pure laziness. I now am in a situation as I had run out of my meds and can't do anything until Monday when they open. Please do not depend on this place to fully do their jobs. Im so sad cause I use to really feel bad and think the workers are overwhelmed but now it's happened to me and there not an excuse in the world to make this situation make sense other than them fully choosing not to do there job at all.

Worker was very nice. He postmarked my postcards for me and told me me which cards needed extra postage.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I’m honestly concerned for anyone else to be spoken to so rudely ?the woman I just interacted with does not know the meaning of customer service (or politeness? Basic humanity?) I see lots of mixed reviews so I’m sure other staff members are wonderful but, truly, this was the most horrible and unhelpful interaction I’ve ever had. Go to fedex or UPS, save yourself!

They have always been friendly at this location until recently I interacted with someone I had not met before. Customer service is not a skill this woman has. The lock on my box has been broken for three weeks despite notifying them on multiple occasions. They have yet to give me an estimate on the time it will take before getting a repair. For $140 I would except better service. Due to circumstances at home I’m not able to come by during business hours and when I do make it to the post office it’s a huge inconvenience for my family. So I’m beyond frustrated that I have come by the last three weeks with a broken lock and time sensitive packages waiting for me.

Very rude. A clerk in her 40's or 50's, wearing glasses, dark/grey hair, plus size, treats people very rudely. I tried to avoid her. The first time she treated me poorly was at the main post office. I started going to the one in downtown. Well, very unlucky today, I went there today and she was there to bully me again.
