I got a windshield crack on a long road trip and found Urban Auto Glass in Flagstaff. I was in Sedona at the time. They were able order the correct part over the phone and in a couple days, when I was passing through, were able to replace the glass in a very short amount of time. 40min maybe. Everyone from the customer service agent on the phone to the staff at the shop were just amazing. Friendly and responsive. Totally saved me. Thank you Urban Auto Glass.

Went to a well known auto glass repair shop and they were going to charge us $180 for a small rock crack in the windshield. Decided to come to Urban Auto Glass and they charged us only $45 for it. Absolutely would recommend to anyone coming through the area. Great customer service as well.

If you’re going to Urban Auto Glass, don’t deal with the little secretary Jen! She was rude on the phone and when I asked to schedule to get my truck tinted, she said they were weeks out and hung up on me! No call back whatsoever, despite even leaving a voicemail. Jen single-handedly lost my business for Urban due to how unprofessional she was at work and I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family or friends. Went elsewhere and got a quality tint done same day with someone who actually wanted my business.

Hands down the best place I've gotten a new windshield replacement.. fast, affordable and easy.. In and out in about 40 mins tops.. friendly staff and clean facility.. Definitely will be coming back in the future..Service: Auto windshield replacement

The service may be fine, but the driving around town is unacceptable. The driver sped around cars on the highway after tailgating me (going the speed limit of 65), then he quickly cut off the other cars to get to the Flagstaff exit off I-40, then he went 50 in a 35 cutting off 3 cars swerving back and forth, ran a red light turning into University Heights, went 50 in a 25 and sped through my neighborhood at way more than 20. If our companies can't keep it safe in town, how do you expect visitors to do it!Call Safelite glass replacement instead, I saw their truck following the laws on our roads.

They replaced the driver's side window, quicker than promised and at half the price of the "national chain." They even vacuumed the glass shards up! Highly recommend!

After having difficulty with other larger auto glass shops in town, we were grateful for the prompt and thorough service at Urban Auto Glass. State Farm was able to gain contact with them in less than 10 minutes and they were able to schedule me very quickly. There were a few things other shops were not able to do due to our car having “eyesight” however, it was not an issue at all for Urban Auto Glass. We would highly recommend coming here and will be using their services for our other cars and family’s cars.

I cracked my windshield. Urban Auto Glass was by far the cheapest and most responsive operation in town for a full replacement. The work was finished in less than two hours and I was on my way.Unfortunately, when I tried to use the windshield wipers three days later while on a very long drive, I noticed two issues. First, the passenger wiper had been damaged and had an obvious kink in it. Second, the wipers were not calibrated/tested after being re-attached to the car. They only slightly made contact with the windshield (were choppy and not flush at all) and were extremely close to damaging the edge of the hood on the downward sweep.Aside from the fact that discovering this issue on the open road could have directly resulted in a car accident or unintentional damage to the car, I was surprised that this simple quality check was not performed. The checklist that they did provide me a copy of was extremely thorough and, honestly, if they brought my attention to it, I probably would have paid for a new wiper without wondering where the damage came from.Anyway, I left a message while driving through a monsoon in Missouri and it was returned promptly on Monday morning. They admitted fault in that they didn't usually check the wipers and would pay if I was charged any damages related to this when I returned the car. The guy was really apologetic and understanding which takes this from a 1-star WTF to an honest oversight. I just can't ignore that this oversight probably would have led to a car accident if the wipers were fitted any worse considering how intense the initial storm was.To prospect customers and the business: please check the wipers after replacing windshields.
