I was greeted by Chris who listened to my auto concerns. In the office the staff had an uplifting vibe. They were customer service oriented and made an effort to assist customers with their concerns on the phone or in the office. After my car was diagnosed and inspected I was given a detailed list that was broken down by item and cost. I definitely will schedule the maintenance recommend for my vehicle in the near future because of this great experience.

Kudos for excellent customer service, shuttle service, great communication that kept me updated along the way with the interpersonal skills that made this very unfortunate way to meet as pleasant as possible. I'm giving 5 stars because i appreciate you going above and beyond the status quo of being just warm bodies, your customer service skills absolutely fine. So far so good with the repairs and replacement that were done on the water pump, AC compressor and serpentine belt. The cost was significantly higher than other places, but I'm not knocking off a star for the pricing, but, I'm hoping one day I'll look back and adopt a different mindset of it being worth it, especially since I'm 4k miles away from home.
Again, quality empathetic customer service people can sometimes help to emotionally override a not so great final bill...after all, a pricing policy that a business model has in place is established by the business and belongs to the business and not the palpable heart, soul and presence of the personable team working on the front lines and/or back of house team.
I appreciate each of you, a special shout out to Zach who has been the very relatable go-to calming force and the one I've communicated with the most, you've all been so kind and welcoming to this East Coaster.
My very best to you all.
Additional compliments: Amazing customer service, excellent shuttle/driver service, centrally located, pristine lobby with a television, refreshments and a very clean rest room.

Went in because my maintenance light came on and they checked everything and it just wasn’t reset last time. I also asked them to check my brakes and they were fine. All this and they didn’t charge me anything. Great customer service!

Headed back to phx from flag cause our hourse in phx flooded . University auto hearing this from me they pushed me ahead of others inspite of me being late to do all repairs done quicker than my expectations at fair prices . Highly recommend them and they also save me over $100 on the repairs !

When my truck started having problems while in petrified forest national park, I was worried our road trip we had saved and planned for, for years was about to be cut short. After jumping the truck, we called about 6 repair shops hoping to get some help. The only one that was kind enough and willing to help us was University Auto. They were awesome people, super knowledgeable, and nice enough to fit us in to diagnose our problem the very next day! I can easily say this helped save our trip and gave us peace of mind moving forward. I am very thankful to all the employees there and cannot recommend this place and people enough! Thank you University Auto! The best in the biz!

Well your shop came highly recommended but I was very disappointed to be charged $167 for a diagnosis l never received and the main part I needed tested the mechanic did not even have the tool to tested so I had my car taken to another shop for a second opinion seem like alot of people I sat there and saw was told all the same thing and lowered my trust and your men talk a lil slick and fast for me to trust them

I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could. On a trip driving on the I-40 from California to Flagstaff a truck in front of us blew a tire and caused damage to the underside of our car. We didn’t notice something dragging until many miles later when we reached Flagstaff. We contacted the Babbitt Ford dealer early the next morning and they were completely useless. I made one call to University and spoke to Nick. He told us to bring the car over and he’d see what he could do. Within the hour we arrived and Nick was right there to welcome us. It took him less than 15 minutes to remove the splash guard and after explaining its purpose and telling us to replace it when possible we were good to go. While we were waiting we listened to another technician giving excellent advice and accurate information to a customer regarding a catalytic converter malfunction. The information her Honda dealer had given to her was not only inaccurate but also violated Federal law. These folks at University Auto Repair know their business and if I lived in the area they would have all my business. Thanks to Nick for saving our trip. We did make it to Moab safely with the splash guard to be replaced at our next stop. It’s great to find a small business with such great service and knowledge.
