Signs for Black Friday sales have been super misleading. When I brought up that a sign was wrong and misleading for the big sexy hair franchise, I got laughed at by the associates and talked about. I only left with one thing but wanted more and now im iffy on going back and looking stupid

Flagstaff location.. if it’s not one issue it’s another.. salon started out great for the first 6 months.. then went down hill from there.. booked color and cut.. i get there and person I see each time says.. I only have you down for a bang cut.. I said “what?? I don’t have bangs and you know that” I booked a color and a cut.. response.. oh well, I don’t have time today I have 2 projects. Sorry. Not so much that their system did this? Or did it? But no remorse or sympathy or option to rebook.. are you kidding me? Where is the great customer they once had?

Terrible customer service in the salon.. even after having the same person do the work for a year.. I have been cancelled in their system twice.. they say "we don't show an appointment for you" when the stylist booked it while I was there.. ridiculous.. booked services online to have color and cut , show up to my stylist to be told.. I only have you down as a bang trim.. I said.. I don't have bangs.. you know this.. why didn't she call me? Between the auto. Anvers (if they were) and this last event.. I would not recommend.. go to Red115 Aveda.. at least they would be sympathetic and offer to rebook.. there was none of that here today..

If there was a 0 star option, I would leave it. I have been trying to make a simple hair appt for my daughter to get tinsel in her hair. I made an appointment 2 weeks out, and the day before they called me asking me to come in early cause they had a "big cancellation". I called back explaining I had to wait till after school, and they said that the stylist had something personal going on so they were going to book me with another stylist. Day of, they call me again to tell me my appt. was over booked and could I come in early. I said no, my daughter is in school. They then proceeded to tell me I could cancel my appointment and reschedule. What kind of option is that?! THANKS ALOT! Now I get to tell my daughter when I pick her up from school, that no, we cannot go and get her hair done, even though she earned the privilege. I will never step foot in this store again for Anything.

Every time i come everyone is always very friendly and welcome you at the door.Its a bit overpriced but if you're looking for something specific they most likely have what you are looking for.

I was about 15 minutes early, I did not expect them to take me early. it just so happens that the traffic gods were smiling down on me and got there in record time. Anyway. She came out and was annoyed I was early and said she was running late. She told me to leave and come back in a half hour, which I did. When I returned, I waited an additional 15 minutes. I finally just left. If she had spent less time flirting with the gentleman and more time working on his hair, she may have been done sooner. Both times I came in, she was sitting in the chair chatting with him.

The products are expensive but generally reliable. The relentless credit card promotions are annoying, but I only visit once a year. Decent one stop shop in a town without Sephora.

I made an appointment and ask how much it would cost to get my roots done.When I was seating at the chair they raised the price. The problem was that I had a wedding event and could not schedule an appointment with any other salon. I was told that if I did not agree to pay a higher price I should leave so I did.

couldn't find my eyebrow pencil form Anastasia so jess helped me out finding my product! she was super helpful and even recommended me some other beauty products. Great experience and super nice employee!

I drove 40 miles to buy my shampoo and conditioner and the employees in the store won't open the doors to customers it's before 7pm on Wednesday August 10th. What the hell? I'll never be back. Bunch of losers

Had the absolute worst experience here. I wanted to get my hair dyed brown (to get rid of highlights), but instead the girl dyed it jet black and half my hair fell out. This was such a traumatic experience, and I couldn’t even get a refund. Don’t trust them with your hair! (Also, I was told that since getting the highlights was the first time I had dyed my hair and that dying it back to brown was the second, that my hair wouldn’t fall out or be damaged like it was.)

Nice clean store. Shelved were fully stocked. I was able to find what I was looking for. Easy check out with a staff member. Great selection of items.

I love the quality of haircuts I receive but Ulta's online booking unfortunately is not so good. I was told I did not have an appointment today even though I received a confirmation text with date and time as proof. Do not make appointments online.

Honestly very disappointed. Living in a small town we dont have many options. It's sad to see that they redid this building for a "beauty store" yet most items are Never Available. What's the point of I have to shop through Amazon anyway?

I have forgotten how many times my appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. I use to depend on them for superior services. They now have one more chance before I go and look for another salon.
