“Amazing customer service from Darius, Trinnity, Andrew and others that i have not met but work behind the scenes. Gotta mention that the waiting lobby area and the restroom were impeccably clean, with beverages available.
From the moment i arrived, the greeting, the smiling faces and the honest interactions were so impressive that stressful anxiety of going to a mechanic with a problem like mine with a battery or electrical issue that wouldn't allow my vehicle to start could have gone terribly south, i thought starter or alternator, but, Darius pointed to what was what under the hood, took it in for diagnostic testing with my having no appointment on a busy Thursday at noontime. Kudos, Darius.
Andrew was a tall order of knowledge and joy with a smiling face and just a good vibe, thank you Andrew.
Trinnity, upon my check-out was an absolute calming force with a ton of auto knowledge, a welcoming smile and the delivery person of good news to me that all i had wrong was a loose battery terminal cable... I'm no mechanic, but, by my being so "engine naive," i could have been raked over the coals. This establishment had me In and Out in under 2 hours total from arriving to departure. “I was suggested RA by my most trusted Subaru friend who used to help me fix things before he moved to the valley. He said RA auto was the best mechanic he has ever dealt with.

I called them and Steve tried to help me diagnose/fix the car over the phone. He was booked up at the time and he couldn’t get me in for a few weeks, but it was worth the wait.

The shop wasn’t filled to the brim with cars like other shops and his service was outstanding. His diagnostic price was extremely fair. They let me know the expensive fix wasn’t needed at this time and gave tons of pointers of what to look for and when to call them again. He walked me out and physically showed me what to look for and gave me some honest and truthful advice.

I try my best but I am not a car guy, and Steve who I worked with throughout the process was amazing. I truly was having an extremely bad day for a variety of reasons but amazingly my trip to the mechanic was not one of them. I will continue to take my cars to RA auto from now on.”

“Michael and his team were amazing! We were traveling back to Phoenix on a Sunday and had the charging light come on in my car. We realized that the serpentine belt fell off and needed to be fixed. Being a Sunday, we were having issues getting anyone to see us, but as soon as we called them they said to bring the car in and they would take a look at it. They were able to get the belt back on but noticed the tensioner pulley needed to be replaced. They were so helpful in trying to do anything they could to get us home but being a Suzuki and a Sunday they weren't able to get a part that day. They gave us a few options and even offered to tow my car back to Phoenix if we wanted to get it fixed down there. They also offered us a rental car to get home and come back up to get the car later! I can't recommended them enough, they were so helpful and had great service and saved us from being stuck in Flagstaff!”

“We were traveling across country towing our boat, when we had a code come up on the dash. It was Friday around 11a.m. we called the Ford Dealer and Auto shops and no one was able to help us or get us in for a week. We were certain we were doomed. But thankfully we called Flagstaff Auto Repair and Jeannie answered the phone. I explained our situation and she said absolutely come on in and we will get it looked at and see what we can do. After a huge sigh of relief we showed up and she met us out front. Before we went inside Alex, the owner came out. He ran his diagnostic test we all went inside and he diagnosed the problem. With a call to the Ford dealer to get a part it was all going to be okay. Alex personally drove us over to a quaint restaurant so we could grab a bite to eat and while we were gone our truck was fixed. Alex and Jeannie were so accommodating and wonderful. If I lived in the area, I would give them all of my business.
