We just bought a new car with Oran Payne as our sales person. Usually, buying a car is a painful experience, but Oran made the experience pleasant. He was honest, calm, knowledgeable, and fun. He called us to let us know that there were a couple of cars that had just come in that we might be interested in. When we looked at them and drove them, he did not pressure us and listened to our comments and concerns. If you're looking for a car at Findlay, ask for Oran! He is great!

I was in the market for a quality used car. To make the process easier, I ended up doing all my research online. I found the car I wanted at Findlay. I worked with a salesperson, who ran my offer through the used car mgr, and it was accepted. There were a couple things I wanted corrected before I paid, however and I was personally assured they'd be taken care of the next day. I gave them two days to play it safe. I Drove over two days later, and found nothing had been done. To say I was upset, was an understatement. All it would have taken was a phone call to prevent an unnecessary 3 hour chunk of my day being wasted. That's when I reached out to Brian the manager. To say he's the ideal representative for Toyota is almost an understatement. He got personally involved, and saw to it that the fixes were all taken care of and when promised. Brilliant. It's a shame there aren't more employees like Brian in auto dealerships.

the worst experience in my life! i have bought 2 cars there. once they got your money you are crap beware!. the finance people push $$$$ warranties on you and if you dont take it you are treated like crap!my wife tried to get gap 2 hours after signing. she didnt know what it was . when i called yhey said to late. they tell us there is nothing you can do. this is why there is no review on facebook!. we both experienced the same thing in each of our purchases! do yourselfs a favor and drive to valley where your business is appriciated!!!!

Came to town from San Diego for vacation and had to get my regular maintenance done while I was here. Was able to get an appointment and everything seemed to be going well until my service manager, James, told me that his mechanic misjudged the proximity of his equipment to my car and left several deep scratches and dents in the front right fender and bumper. They knew that there was nothing I could do about it being as I'm from out of town and they even said they couldn't get it fixed in the time that I have left in town. I find it impossible to believe that a trained mechanic can so poorly misjudged the distance of their equipment from a vehicle. They've had to have this procedure so many times that they can do it in their sleep. Now I have a very nice car that has just had its value greatly reduced thanks to the complete ineptitude of the service staff at Findlay Toyota. Want to make this right? You can fix my car on your dime on Friday, July 7th before I leave town. Otherwise I will go directly through Toyota's corporate channels to get it fixed and leave this as a reminder that one should never trust the care of their vehicle to this establishment.

I want to commend Findlay's service advisor, James. He actually took the time to listen to me and was willing to do some research to answer questions about my maintenance record. After reviewing the record, he recommended exactly the routine service I needed. This may sound like a small thing, but unfortunately in this post-Covid age, I have run into many individuals for whom this maintenance review would have been a REAL chore. Well, it may have been that, but James, was willing to do it and he did it in a competent and cheerful manner! I appreciated James' professionalism, his genuineness and his attention to details. Findlay is lucky to have him.

I have lived in Flagstaff for over 18 years. Please do not go to this dealership. For appearance sake they go out of their way to make it seem like the owner (who also owns the Honda dealership) is such a great guy. He gives to this charity and that charity, etc. You'll see all the awards. It's a front! I worked for this dealership for a very brief time and really got to see for my own eyes how dishonest and evil this place is. They MIGHT give you a good deal when they sale you a car but then the service department will really let you have it. Again, very, very crooked! But they do it in ways like they're your "buddy" and "doing you a favor" even though they're totally ripping you off, especially if you're not paying attention. Additionally, they lack a significant amount of humanity even at the most basic level. I was injured while I was working there and the only thing that upper management cared about was that I just wrote a statement of what happened. I ended up going to urgent care on my own; whiplash, etc. It was my last day of work and while I was driving a vehicle another employee rear ended me. I got a call but it was just to get the keys that I had accidentally took with me before I left. Why am I writing this now? Because I almost got an oil change at the Honda dealership and forgot who it was owned by. I left immediately. They will not get a single penny from me.Avoid at all cost!

Called on a Saturday morning to ask for cost and appointment availability for a CV axle or boot replacement after tearing a boot on a nearby trail. Representative attempted to get ahold of a service advisor but none were available at the time. Gave her contact info so they could call me back when a service advisor was available. They never called back. I am disappointed in their empty promises.

Here's how great Findlay Toyota is. I drive all the way up from the valley anytime I need something with my Truck and went out of my way to buy from them. Their prices are unbeatable and their staff won't toy you around.

I was told I would have my credit tan once. Over 2 days it was tan 7 times. That's not including whatever my husbands was. Our car was nice but it had no tire in the back. Also, we were literally told we would have free oil changes. They charged us 130. Then told me it would be 1, 2 hundred if I went to the MBD. Also we were promised yearly long car detailing services and they have not one time been open for it. There's always a reason and it's a bummer
