“Got stuck in some severe snow this past Friday night. Gave this towing company a call and got a call back from Steven the driver. With my wife panicking, he was very informative and calmed her down. He found us reassured her, Dug us out of the snow and was very informative of where and where not to go. This driver Steven was different from others. He actually had a personality and had great Customer Service. He’s a bright guy and will go along way. thank you, Steven for your service. We appreciate it.”
“What a quality shop! They took the time necessary to diagnose an UNIQUE, in-depth problem, PROPERLY! The owner, Adam, even took the time to explain the issue at hand, how it was unique, was very informative in setting realistic expectations for the future.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten services done or had issues “fixed,” only to find out the issue was never truly resolved or came back shortly after…I’ve had shops put the wrong oil in my Jeep, multiple times, due the lack of paying attention to the specifics of a vehicle.

“We were traveling across country towing our boat, when we had a code come up on the dash. It was Friday around 11a.m. we called the Ford Dealer and Auto shops and no one was able to help us or get us in for a week. We were certain we were doomed. But thankfully we called Flagstaff Auto Repair and Jeannie answered the phone. I explained our situation and she said absolutely come on in and we will get it looked at and see what we can do. After a huge sigh of relief we showed up and she met us out front. Before we went inside Alex, the owner came out. He ran his diagnostic test we all went inside and he diagnosed the problem. With a call to the Ford dealer to get a part it was all going to be okay. Alex personally drove us over to a quaint restaurant so we could grab a bite to eat and while we were gone our truck was fixed. Alex and Jeannie were so accommodating and wonderful. If I lived in the area, I would give them all of my business.
