I had banged up the frame of my wheel pretty bad without damaging the tire, and they helped me find a cheap replacement (at a salvage yard nearby; they can order wheels there too but they mostly do tires) and then switched the good tire onto the good wheel. Extremely helpful.”

“Honestly a little leery of going to a franchise car place but they also do tire rotations. So, needing an oil change, yes I can do that myself, but I do not have the garage tools to do a tire rotation efficiently. So gave Pep Boys a chance since they can do both.
