First time here, visiting, entire staff were very nice & soo helpful. They did not rush you as they showed you different items and prices. Store was very clean and organized. Wish I lived closer to shop here more often! Will be a must stop if I visit Flagstaff again.

I wish tools were better quality, stones as well. Especially if companies want to piggy back on inflation, please give your patreons better quality.

I see a lot of employees come and go. Someone in the reviews said Marilyn is the backbone of this store? That’s completely untrue ? Marilyn is just diigis when it comes to anything regarding stones, beads, etc. maybe that’s why she’s always hiding in the back. Netty is the one who should be a manager. She’s been there since it was Jays Indian art and she knows more. If you’re gonna work in a bead store at least know what you’re talking about.

I've always a great experience here til today... first off I wanted to say what a great and knowledgeable employee Leah is. She helped me gather the supplies I needed to start my silversmithing journey as a beginner. Even more so carried the box of heavy supplies to the front. Always a pleasant interaction with her and the other ladies. I get that people shoplift and employees are to be vigilant. But however I felt I was singled out as soon as I walked through the door by Rick the employee. I noticed he was watching but I did not think anything of it. No greeting, just stared. As someone who is in recovery that walks with a cane and foot braces I wanted to challenge myself and walk with no cane but with the help of my partner close by. We were talking and laughing while I held my partners arm shopping. I guess that alone made me a shoplifting suspect. Because looking up again there is good ol Rick watching at the silver counter pretending to be on his phone. As soon as we made eye contact he left to the back. Again coming behind us while we picked out beads. Made me extremely uncomfortable I paid for my stuff and left.

A silversmith from Nebraska, so i don't have any options and have to travel to buy supplies or do so online. Visited AZ on vacation and was so happy to hear they had a thunderbird supply here! Very friendly staff that was helpful and a good selection of turquoise stones too!

A wonderful store containing a great assortment of beading supplies. They have miyuki and Czech seed beads sized from 15 to 8, gemstones, silver and other metal wire. There are display bars, boxes and more. A great place to shop for my beading needs.
