Got the runaround. Stopped by with 1 item, they said send pics of your other items and we can give u a quote for the lot. Sent pics, they said to come in with them. Brought them to the store they said oh I thought u would have brought this assembled….im gonna bring a desk that is 7x4 assembled? They wanted me to assemble it and buy it all for $30. Nope, donated instead.

Not good. David the owner agreed to meet me at my storage to look at some big items. He agreed to meet me in 15 min (I was 5 min from store). He was 45 minutes LATE. Then he looked at what I wanted to get rid of and said "If I can get $500 worth of stuff to sell I can give you around $10." GREEDY, GREEDY, GREEDY. Then he told me he would charge me between $300-$600 to haul it off for me. WHAT? So his sign "We buy everything" is NOT TRUE. This greedy owner needs held accountable. I decided to donate items for fair value tax write off. He basically wants you to give him stuff so he can make money. SKIP THIS BUSINESS if you are trying to get rid of items. Flagstaff does NOT need greedy business owners like this.

Decent selection of stuff at pretty ridiculous prices, and when you bring something to sell them they'll offer you pennies. I do not recommend this place.

I recently used the Barn Brothers to clear out an estate. They were very responsive, professional and respectful. I would recommend their services for anyone in a similar situation. They worked with my schedule, the process was quick and discrete. They made a vey complex and difficult stage of my life as easy as possible.

One of the owners came out to house to view estate items. He offered $650 for 10-20 items on tables in living room, 2 lamps, 1 chest of drawers, all tools in garage, stated he didn't want any fabric, Xmas decorations or other furniture. He also offered to take everything if I paid him $1500. I accepted $650 for the items he wanted. He showed up with 2 workers and told them to fill 20 totes and take everything they thought would sell. As the began to load an extreme amount of items including fabric and Xmas decor and other furniture I protested saying that was not our deal. He had left and didn't answer his phone. His crew said they would unload everything or else take all they wanted. The crew stated $650 was not a fair price. After they left the owner called and lied about our agreement (which was witnessed by myself and 2 other people present. He said to give him 2 weeks to look over what was in truck and he would call me. 2 months later no call. These guys are crooks.

Beware!!I went by to see if Barn Bros. was interested in buying some pieces of travertine that I didn’t use in the construction of my home. 12 pieces 42”x12” beautiful pieces that cost a pretty penny. The woman at the counter was very nice and seemed like they would be interested. She called David who told me that he might be able to sell them for $10 each and offered me $30 for all 12!!Even though this was a slap in the face I agreed and he totally backed out and said that the only way he would take them is if I gave them to them for nothing!!Ridiculous!!! Make an offer and then back out, please!!I took them to RESTORE and got a $400 write off for my taxes!!I won’t be back.

This was an unfortunate experience. We have come here before to buy furniture, and the older southern gentlemen was the only genuine employee we met. Recently, we came by to sell some stuff. We had some pretty high value stuff that we were looking to sell. Obviously, we weren't expecting as much money as we paid for it, but what we were offered was a joke. We were moving and were trying to get rid of a few furniture sets, some expensive electronics, and a like new household appliance. Again, we weren't expecting much, but we were hoping that everything together would at least be around $80-100... this dude offered us $30 bucks for everything. Everything we brought was in great condition, in a set, no damage, and was valued around $700 when new. The guy didn't even seem to care that he was blatantly lowballing us and shrugged us off. This is wild to me since they overcharge for a lot of items here that aren't in sets and aren't functional. I get how the business works, and they aren't gonna pay as much as you paid, but you'd honestly be better off going to a pawn shop or donating it to someone who needs it. These guys act like they want it for free basically so they can sell it for twice the amount. We went to a pawn shop afterward and was priced out at $150, which was more reasonable and understandable. They also asked us to text them pictures of some of our items and they'd get back to us after evaluating them. Yeah, they never got back to us.You might be able to find some decent vintage stuff here, and it might be better than paying full price at a retail spot. However, I don't recommend trying to sell anything here if you're looking for value, and I'd highly recommend negotiating prices here because they have the wiggle room from overpricing items.

Stopped by this place on my way to lunch while visiting Flagstaff and was very impressed with the quality of the items I saw.I was being shown around the warehouse when I stopped dead in my tracks in front of a mirror that had me speechless.Unfortunately, I had come up north with my friend in a small car and this mirror was HUGE.Got to talking to the owner and he offered to have it delivered for me to Phoenix (which if you’re not familiar is about a two hour drive from Flagstaff). Not only did they deliver it to me perfectly in tact- they delivered it THE NEXT MORNING.I cannot recommend this place enough! The prices were outstanding and there was so much to look at. A pickers paradise. If you’re ever in Flagstaff be sure to check them out and grab something cool!I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They don't buy, they steal. "We will haul it off as a courtesy and won't charge you." Really. How nice.

Stopped at their new location. The selection is larger than you think at first glance. We didn't buy anything on this trip. I found the marked prices extremely high. I'm not sure if they think their inventory is really worth the asking price or if this is a negotiation tactic. Either way, I caused me to leave empty handed.

Waste of time and energy. Contacted them with a clear picture and statement of what I was trying to sell to see if they were interested. they requested I bring the stuff out so they can look at it, even though I sent detailed pictures as requested. then when I got there, the lady told me I would hold off on it which is very confusing. Is she telling me to hang onto it or is she telling me that she’s not interested? save your time and sell it yourself.

We called and they told us to send pictures and they would get back to us. We did and no follow up so we went over to Barn Bros. and there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing. The guy who probably is the owner said "Are you going to give it to us?" We said no we'd like to sell it. He said. "I don't want it I have plenty of inventory." He said he would come get it and haul it off for us and charge a hauling fee. What a joke this FOR PROFIT place is. Don't do business with this rude and poorly run place. They are a scam. Call the great non profits we have in our community and donate. They will be appreciative and thank you for your donation.

I own a nearby business and frequent this place. I have furnished 3 rentals and a restaurant using finds from here. I have gotten to know the people over time quite well. You seriously could not find better people than David and his family who now own the place. They are awesome. And I love that I can always negotiate to get what I need for the price I need it. Highly recommend always checking here before elsewhere, they usually have a great selection!
