My experience is awful, We took our car here to replace a rear main seal replacement which was the main problem, they started added more stuff that they recommended we needed to have done for the car and paid what we thought was fixed. When I did pick up my vehicle, my car did not sound like my car, they told me to bring it back paid more for other issues and more $$$, sound was not fixed and we found out 2 bolts were missing from our front struts ?, we just noticed the oil started leaking again, which was the main reason for taking our car here, I don't recommend this place. We got our front struts replaced which they recommended and the car is making a sound after all this and got 2 new tires (there was a nail in one tire and a bubble in the other). I wouldn't recommend this auto shop. Don't waste ur $$$. It just a waste of money and time on our part.

My 84 year old mother and I broke down on our way home. It did take them a week to find the problem and fix it. Really appreciate their kindness in keeping my mom updated. The charge was very reasonable.

Had an issue with my rental car on a Sunday where everyone was closed. Called here he said stop by. He fixed it made me feel secure about traveling on. Great staff, super helpful.

My car broke down driving in from CA (we originally drove in from IL) and Cayden at Seven Day was able to fix it-easily. He was by far, the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He took time to figure out what was wrong, then fixed it quickly. Cayden asked specific questions about what happened when we broke down, actually listened to what I had to say (without the typical disdain many mechanics often show toward women), and Cayden gave me suggestions for how to get back to IL safely without breaking down again. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for him! I wish all mechanics could be as kind and helpful as Cayden was. Thank you again Seven Day Auto, and especially thank you Cayden!

I recently took my car to Seven Day Auto Service to fix my automatic trunk, but the experience was a complete disaster, largely due to the manager, Joe. They initially claimed the issue was due to the battery and supposedly fixed something, but this ended up causing even more problems. My air compressor stopped working, my convertible malfunctioned, and my trunk issue remained unresolved.
Despite these issues, I was charged a substantial amount for what they failed to fix. Joe’s lack of competence and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.
If you want to waste your money and add more problems to your car, go to Seven Day Auto Service. Otherwise, I strongly advise against using their services.

I have been a loyal customer of Seven Day Auto Service for the past year and have referred many friends, about 15 to 18 students, who also received good service until recently. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, primarily due to the new manager.
During my latest visit, I scheduled a check-up and was given an appointment for one day. To my surprise, they ended up using my car for two days without any clear explanation. The new manager, whom I had not seen in my previous visits over the past year, was exceptionally rude and arrogant. Her behavior was unprofessional, and she seemed more interested in chatting with others than addressing my concerns or efficiently managing the service.
Her lack of attention and poor calculation skills only added to the frustration. This isn't just my experience; a couple of my friends who have also been regular customers at Seven Day Auto Service have faced similar issues with the manager's conduct and the overall service quality.
It's disheartening to see such a decline in service standards. If Seven Day Auto Service wants to retain its customers, they need to address the issues with their new manager promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend their services anymore.

Shortly after arriving at Seven Day Auto late on a Saturday afternoon we were greeted by one of the mechanics that saw the tow truck while driving by. Even though they were closed, he stopped to speak with us. He had a good idea what the problem was during the brief conversation. Early the next day- Sunday!- he proved to be correct and we were on our way once again. Thank you Caden!

Up from Phoenix for the weekend and the car started leaking fluid. Wasn't sure what it was and wanted to have it looked at before heading back to the valley. I showed up at 8:15 on Sunday, Ronnie put it up on the rack, diagnosed the problem and made it safe for us to get back to Phoenix. We really appreciated his willingness to get us in right away and take care of the issue so we could have peace of mind driving back to Phoenix.

On a Sunday, I brought my car to this location since it was one of the few places open. Initially, they conducted a pressure test and claimed nothing was wrong despite my concerns about the check engine light and coolant levels. After insisting, they reevaluated and identified an issue with the radiator, providing an estimate and ordering the necessary part. However, the lack of communication and delays led me to take my vehicle elsewhere after five days of waiting with no timeframe. The new company I went to resolved the problem promptly and maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire process. Despite this, upon picking up my car from the new company, I discovered that the engine cover was missing, and they informed my car didn’t have one on when I brought it in. After several tries to get in touch with Seven Day Auto, I managed to connect with them on the third day and verified they did indeed have my engine cover. Following our discussion, it was apparent that they were aware of having the engine cover but did not make any effort to inform me they had it. The overall experience over the course of 5 days + with Seven Day Auto left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated, and I wouldn’t recommend their services due to the unprofessionalism and poor communication I experienced.
4/6 Update: The engine cover I received from them was incorrect as it did not belong to my vehicle. I had to contact them once more to request the correct engine cover that was mine, and return the one that they gave to me, which actually belonged to a different vehicle.

I needed some work done on the weekend because I work Monday thru Friday and it was difficult finding a good TRUSTED Mechanic.. I gave these guys a call and they got me in quick and very affordable. Also later they did Warranty work as well which was another AWESOME Experience. I Highly recommend Seven Day Auto.

Brakes were making a weird noise on my car, only in town for a night and they were able to squeeze me in on Sunday morning with short notice and get it checked out and fixed in just a few hours. Very friendly and a good price. Definitely recommend.
