“The storage facility is nice, clean, and safe. The temperature controlled units (which is what I had) are reasonably/competitively priced, and secure/safe. The only reason for my 4, rather than 5-star rating, is the elevators are small. All the other facilities I have rented from in the past have had significantly larger elevators that can easily fit two of the larger sized carts. It made moving in and out more challenging. However, we were able to rent our unit entirely online. We even provided our vacating notice online which is so convenient!”

“I rented here off n on for around 12 years, one of the best storage places i rented a storage shed at, prices are good, for a 10×15 i pay $125, 24 hour access no gates n no codes, light you can turn on in outside bigger onesNow they could clean up more around there, like have one of the workers blow all garbage n leaves n dust into piles n sweep up n throw away at least once a month, also i killed like 5 mice in my unit this last one i rented for like 3 years, they need commercial mouse traps around propertyBut over all good place to rent n good prices for flagstaffNow i also rented storage down the street past maverick, they had good prices also but also had mice problems, n was not 24 hour service, but i like coconino storage way better, coconino storage units sometimes are all rented out or most of them, smaller storage place to rent units, get one while you can if one is open cause they rent out fast”

“This store has always been a "go to" for locals because prices are good; they have a Post Office annex; and there are Arizona souvenirs that are fun, not junky. The employees are exceptionally friendly, competent and courteous. But the big plus is "Pie Guy" pies made right in Flagstaff. This morning, the pies were still warm and are gone by the end of the day. Thank you for buying local, especially when the prices aren't all that much higher and you are helping support a fine staff.”

“I called in and they stayed open so I could purchase my husqvarna parts!! They were super helpful and had all I needed for my husqvarna chainsaw. I did not know that they were an authorized husqvarna dealer. Make sure to go to the store across cracker barrel. Lol, I made that mistake. That store has all the husqvarna parts you need. And if they don't have it they will order it for you. Highly recommend these guys, so helpful and awesome customer service!”

“I am a mother of 2 disabled kids. Last week I was evicted, the movers I had hired decided not to do their job and last minute I need a uhaul truck. I had to make so many split decisions in a short amount of time and I ended up dealing with too many rude people to count. U-Haul was the one and only company that was never rude to me, went above and beyond for me, and actually helped me out during a very traumatic event in my little family's life. Kurt, Griffin, Echo, McKenzie and many names I just don't recall were patient and empathetic with me when I overstepped my 16-hour reservation by 2 days. This company was a calm voice.
