i have shopped here a lot and the prices of the actual store is pretty good however the food court never has any selections from the last 4 times i've gone and was actually been open, food court staff was rude when i asked what card i needed to swipe when i asked when they would have more selection they were also rude another complaint i have is with the gas prices specifically at this location i find other nearby gas stations are consistently cheaper

very unsafe shopping environment management and employees nowhere to be seen while a mob of teenage males race around the store in the motorized carts meant for the elderly and disabled . if those are you're sons you should reevaluate you're parenting skills .and the store needs to have more engaged employees

Wow, they have a mini butcher and seafood counter--like Albertsons! Why don't we have that in Gilbert? I was in awe--that would be so great to have at every Sam's. Please initiate this at all Sam's Clubs.

Today I had my worst experience ever in Sam's Club or as a matter of fact in any store I have ever been in. I had to make 3 separate purchases at the store and after getting the items I needed on the PO or school issued I proceeded to take the it to my vehicle. The line to have your receipt scanned was long, but there were 3 employees in the front who were not doing anything but talking to each other. I returned to make my next set of purchases and when I got to the front realized there were only 2 registers open. Then just as I was approaching the one register closed. The cashier at the other register started to ring up my items and I had so many they were piling up after the cashier rang them up. No other Sam's Club employees offered assistance, even though there were at ;least 2 standing around doing nothing. I then ask to speak to manager as I was going to complain about the poor customer service. Then the cashier who has shut down her lane asked why and then said she was the manager, which was untrue! I said I'd like to speak to manager. I told her customer service as bad and I had observed her about 20 minutes earlier doing nothing ad things got backed up. Then a few minutes later as I am more than halfway finished this associate named Amanda (A person customers should never have to deal with) came and asked me what the problem was. At this point I told her I just wanted to check out and get the heck out of there. She asked me again and I told her I didn't want to talk to her as at this point it would just get me more upset and frustrated. She then grabbed my card which and closed out my purchase even though I still had items to purchase. Up to this point I had not raised my voice. She then refused to give me back my business card and walked off, even though I told her I just want to finish my purchase and het out of theere. Her reply was that she wasn't going to let mee complain about Sam's employees. At which time I, A senior citizen, combat disabled veteran, and former Drill Instructor, used my loudest voice to demand that someone give me my card back. At that time about five associates came to talk to me and Amanda threatened to have me banned from the store basically. Finally they let me complete my purchase. This would never have escalated except for your Associate Amanda who knows very little about dealing with customers and complaints.I am a principal/Superintendent/CEO and I have worked managing companies and being the administrator for an entire nation. This was at the Flagstaff Az store and I can see why they have les than a 3 star rating! Further I will contact my attorney to see if harassment by Amanda and your store warrants legal action.

Well I can see why they only have - 3 star rating. I'm Trying to call about a membership and after letting it ring for what felt like forever the phone hung up. Tried a second time and gave up. I have been a member here some time ago. I'm sure the membership cost has changed but now I will Never know. If they can't answer the phone to answer questions I'm not interested in a membership anymore. I had questions about being a guest as well but they can kiss off.

Let me start by saying I enjoy going to this Sam’s Club. The store is organized and clean. I usually use Scan & Go. Someone at this store in Flagstaff is using my Sam’s account to make purchases. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t also cash out MY Sam’s cash. September 2022 someone using my Sam’s account cashed out $19 in my Sam’s cash. I reported the fraud, got new cards, and went about my life. Fast forward to March 2023 and someone did it again cashing out $13 in MY Sam’s cash! I went through my transactions online and found unfamiliar purchases made using my account dating back to November 2022! Heading in to speak to a manager. They have an EMPLOYEE problem.

Terrible customer service. Sold me tires with no warranty and were more expensive than another tire with a warranty. Less than two months old I have to buy a new tire because I got a nail in the tire. Plus all of the past week I called every single day, and could not reach anyone.

Holy God. How do I even begin this? I checked out with my Sam's Club card. I between register and trying to walkout, lose my receipt. I talk to the lady and she is of zero help or assistance. She doesn't even tell me where to find a manager or another relevant worker. We had to hunt down a manager ourselves, were recognized by the cashier and than finally, the manager finally found and printed a receipt in her office, where the employee than let us know their was nothing to scan, but she would use her eyes. Thank god she wasnt blind, otherwise I am posistive you would find me living in the freezer aisle of the Sam's Club. I would actively sell my first born for a costco in this town.
