Managers need to fire TYRESE because he gave me false information and leads customers in the wrong directions. If I wanted to waste my time I wouldn't pay extra for a membership. Zero stars if I could.

Be careful, when you shop at Sam's club. They post the misleading sign. I bought ready to eat salad tray(small one). They post the price for sale for $4.41. Everything was almost gone.But when I paid, they charged me the full price. They told me it was per pound. Not per unit. So nothing was on sale. Probably other people who bought them getting misleading as well. I bought this tray all the time, the posted price was always per tray. So disappointed in Sam's club.

This was probably the nicest Sam's Club I've visited and their inventory seemed more diverse than the others. My brother and I were amazed at the wide variety of snacks available. We grabbed a bite at their food court. We got a hot dog, slice of pizza, and pretzel. The pretzels were so good that we went back and bought 2 more! Perhaps we were hungry, but everything tasted really good! My only complaint was all of the tea dispensers were empty. It was around 11:30am, so it should have been filled up. When I asked the ladies in charge of the food court, they just shrugged their shoulders. I don't know if they were lazy, didn't really know, or were just down right rude. This negatively impacted my overall experience.

TERRIBLE customer service...very rude...does not seem like people who are happy with what they do...i will pay a lil extra to b treated with respect somewhere else. No way will i spend a dime or come back to this vision center

Was told 3 weeks until my new glasses would arrive. It's been almost 5 weeks now. Went in to see what was going on. Apparently, wherever my glasses were made, they screwed up and made a divot in one of the lenses. Now, i have to wait again. Someone should have at least called to inform me, instead of walking in to see what the issue was. Overall, I do not recommend you get glasses here.

This review is only for the food court since this is the only thing I use at this location. Well, also the restroom, which by the way is always kinda stinky, but it's all good we are all humans. Every time I see Brian working expo or on the register he is amazing. Very pleasant demeanor and hard worker. Apologetic when things happen like no meat pizza. Helps everyone out with his knowledge and his approachable personality. I come up from Phoenix to Snowbowl a dozen times a year and every time my ritual going home is filling up gas at Sam's and then hitting the food court for the affordable meals. Everything is also really usually really stocked unless it is getting close to the end of the day and they are really busy. Tables are about as clean as you'd expect from a busy location, I know I've seen worse tables at Costco.

Food court closes at 7pm, you show up at 6:15 and they got some hotdogs and pretzels left. I'm assuming because they're lazy and wanted to clean and get out early. Now there is a long line and everyone is waiting. Good job Sam's club, what's the point of paying our membership fees? Can't even rely on the food court.

Very disappointed today. I guess I missed the fine print.That says I cannot shop before ten a m. So I guess the self check out.Did me a favor and let me finish my purchase. Then I forgot one item and went back to purchase it and the machine would not let me out of the store. Unknown to me.I had to be a plus member instead of a regular member to shop before ten a m. They are so lucky that they have no competition in this city. Just let people come in and get their shopping done and leave us alone. The constant upsell just gets tiring.

I purchased a mattress and box spring from this location and when I asked for help no one would help me and the female manager for this store is 100% incompetent and truly do not know how some like her could even get a job. The trouble with Sam's is the worthless employees that they hire. Pray for a Costco with union employees that are competent.

Everytime I try to return something in the years I have been a member , it has been a problem. I only have returned 3 times total. The last time I didn't have my receipt and the service desk woman had a hard time finding my purchase in their system so finally just gave me store credit on a slip of receipt paper that turned out to be bogus . I was not not able to use the voucher because it's not valid . The service desk could not help me and either could the corporate customer service. As of now i'm waiting for the gift card dept to contact me , we will see but i'm pretty sure i'm screwed . their system says they gave me cash but the e-gift receipt says the amount but not working. It's not a big amount but so far Sams club won't replace it . we will see what the gift card department says but pretty sure I'm just getting passed around from each department. weird ! I have Costco also , it's just a little further and a little more crowded but they have great customer service. If this were to happen there , they would have returned my $ and dealt with their mistake on their own time .

i have shopped here a lot and the prices of the actual store is pretty good however the food court never has any selections from the last 4 times i've gone and was actually been open, food court staff was rude when i asked what card i needed to swipe when i asked when they would have more selection they were also rude another complaint i have is with the gas prices specifically at this location i find other nearby gas stations are consistently cheaper

very unsafe shopping environment management and employees nowhere to be seen while a mob of teenage males race around the store in the motorized carts meant for the elderly and disabled . if those are you're sons you should reevaluate you're parenting skills .and the store needs to have more engaged employees

They didn’t seem to be welcoming when I came here. They saw me standing at the counter for assistance. Few moments later they acknowledge my presence. I just wanted to know if they did walk-in, they don’t appointment only.
