Don't plan on getting Starbucks!
Got there when the said they were open and waited 40 min for their employee to show up. No apologies, no offer to comp the coffee and an attitude. This will be my last Starbucks experience. What was a good company no longer cares anymore.

I am often in this location as I work near by. I am in at least 2-3 rimes a day. This is my go to for a quick bite to eat as my lunches are short, but it’s like the deli is never on point with having things out consistently. It’s either empty or things are dried up. Only time things seem to at its best is when you guys have a store visit. However employees are genuinely nice. Kevin in Sushi area is great and always stocked. Would be nice to see a difference as I know a lot of people resort to hot food for breakfast/lunch and dinner.

05/09/2024 8pm to 9pm, I was talking to two associates [ 23s to 35s] native lady with glasses, manager black hair female [18s to 30s] , told them a customers third party cancel on me, the cashier just roll her eyes n the other lady just let don't care to answer my question. What how they treat their customers by rolling their eyes n don't answer because I return those my online order away, of a cancel order. I am not return or ask if the 3rd party don't dispatch to that location.. thanks sorry I put back the items for the customer canceling n sorry for coming by with their behavior as a customer,

I shop at Safeway once a week the employees are very helpful on helping me find certain things .The problem I have is the employees always park in the front and the customers always have to park away from the store would like to see this turned around to help especially with the elderly

Ugh I ordered Doordash grocery shopping here and the spicy tuna was RED not pink/ fresh two nights in a row! Rotten!

The boss and all the workers for grocery online pick up are very very rude and lazy. I don't recommend this place. The safeway on rt 89 is the best in flagstaff. Other then that all others are good and respectful.

The store is clean and organized. Deli chicken is really good when its fresh. Produce is usually fresh. Plenty of parking for vehicles of all size including RV and even semi. This was the go to store for years. I remember walking to the deli during high school (CHS) for lunch. Today when got to the check out lane and the lady at the counter said “I am only doing big orders. Go to self check out.” Great customer service Safeway! I guess self check out is the only way. Your jobs will be replaced by machines. I rather work with people and not machines! If I want to look up product numbers and scan items I would have asked for an application instead.To the gentleman at the self check out, THANK YOU for your help!

I was hoping that they would have more organic, but this is not one of the huge Safeways,; then again, it is local, so that's what's available. Prices are intermediate; I usually shop for what's on sale in the organic stuff. The deli manager is super great and friendly!

Just stopped by Safeway on HWY 89 Flagstaff Az. to but dinner. Probably $100+. One reg checkout line open but backed up into produce and self-serve backed up to the Starbucks. NO MANAGER IN SIGHT! Reminded me why I try not to shop there. Always terrible customer service throughout the store. The storw used to be real good at providing hood service. I don't think this manager cares at all! Hello Fresh is my better choice and really alot cheaper. Sorry Safeway but you are terrible!

Perfect, as they say, is the enemy of good enough. The later definitely describes this store, albeit with somewhat absent deli personnel, some empty shelves, and staff where were obviously experiencing ennui or an existential epiphany. However, they do have prepped salads, with the deli prep much, much better than the Safeway brand, a good selection of guac and buffalo wing dips, and hummus. Otherwise, don't go looking for specialty items like gluten free stuff - although they do have Oreos thereof - since you'll be at best disappointed. Staples - mostly yeah. Specialty - mostly no.
