When I try to schedule an appointment on line, here is a list of cars they accept.
Since my car is not on the list, they don’t want my business.
I also tried adding my VIN. I copied and pasted the VIN. And Safelite says there is no vehicle with that VIN.
Clearly they need a new web administrator.

Awful service. They installed my windshield and never gave me clips to hold the plastic strips down. They ignored my calls and never gave me the pieces. Now I booked them for a side window and they make me wait 2 weeks just to tell me the day before that the part didn't come in. Crap service.

DO NOT GO HERE! This company is impossible to reach, doesn't return phone calls, and is dishonest at the local and corporate level. I was charged for "rain defense" during windshield replacement at the Flagstaff (2421 N 4th) location without permission. The receipt states I consented, when clearly I did not. This store outright commits FRAUD. BE WARNED ⚠️

Don’t plan to wait there! My service took over two hours for a regular replacement. The bathroom door handle was broken from the inside and there was no sign so I was stuck in there until I figured out how to escape. There were cases of water but none in the fridge accessible to customers. The waiting room was freezing. One member of the staff came in and talked about wanting to kill himself and being rude about another customer. Another worker loudly complained about the management. Service was acceptable, though it took twice as long as I expected. Overall, I won’t be returning.

I had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago and I was asked if I wanted new wipers. I knew mine were beginning to need replacement so I said yes since the rainy season was coming. I went to the east coast one week after the windshield replacement and was gone 3 weeks. Sure enough, the rains began, but my new blades were even worse than before I had them replaced. I looked at them and they were never replaced. I was charged over $75 and they did nothing. Do not trust them.

You will never get a hold of any customer service if you call in they make there automotive system fight you to death to get to customer service and will not transfer you. If you continue you to ask to speak to a representative, the automotive system will hang up on you. Wish I could give less then one star. That's negative star's from me and will never use them due to their refuseal to connect you to customer service!

Terrible place schedule a mobile repair with them showed up told me they couldn’t do it and had to go into the shop to get it done went two days later and 20 minutes before my appointment they tell me they don’t have my glass the give me a managers number who isn’t even working at that time would not recommend anyone do business here.
Update: almost three weeks laters and four appointments wasting my time they still only replaced my windshield but I have to take it once again to get it recalibrated all just a wast of time

Nick, the tech and the team are awesome! Great customer service and very professional! I got to my appointment time 45 minutes, and they were able to take me.

We are traveling thru Arizona and our rear window was broken blown in our pickup truck and we stopped in Flagstaff AZ. Even though the couldn't help us out he took the time to calculate our route and call ahead and helped us get an appointment in Amarillo TX on a Saturday. Thank you for caring and ensuring our needs were met.

Hello????????????? someone needs to get to the shop!!! Back building gate door is wide open... No one is there .. a truck unloaded windshield 2hours ago....Lights are on... Homeless people are walking looking for a bathroom or idk... and the alarm went off...I e time... I didn't go in the property I can see the door where I'm park in the parking lot next to the Safelite shop. Hello I try calling numbers on the website nothing. No emergency number ...
