I had to make so many split decisions in a short amount of time and I ended up dealing with too many rude people to count. U-Haul was the one and only company that was never rude to me, went above and beyond for me, and actually helped me out during a very traumatic event in my little family's life. Kurt, Griffin, Echo, McKenzie and many names I just don't recall were patient and empathetic with me when I overstepped my 16-hour reservation by 2 days. This company was a calm voice.
