They took me in with no notice. I didn't expect to have to stay a few nights in Flagstaff. Below freezing temperatures expected. I needed an emergent pipe weatherization. It was not an easy fix. There were complications. The Mechanic never complained. He took the time to explain to me what damage the last mechanic did to my bi-pass valve. Thank you! You saved me thousands of dollars in possible freezing pipe damage. I highly recommend RV Country.

Your service representative Bob was very honest and knowledgeable of my repairs. He suggested different alternatives that made a lot of sense. Because of him I will definitely be back for repairs and parts.. and it looks like I will have to come back as my oven pilot light was not adjusted. Still flaming up a big yellow flame.

These guys were extremely helpful and even though there was a communication problem they put us up in a hotel and help with transportation while we waited a day for our rv to be ready. It had a couple repairs it need that were found during the pre delivery inspection and they put a huge rush on it for us so we only had a 24 hour delay in our departure to return home.

Scheduled couple days out and needed to wait for repair as I was traveling. They took care of the issue within a couple hours and had me on my way.

Had my Jeep base plate break
They ordered on Monday and had me up and running by noon on wed
After so many bad service experiences especially at rv1 now blue compass this was a breath of fresh air going to flagstaff

My sales person Daniel was awesome to work with, he knew my budget and helped me alot. Very knowledgeable and kind. We looked at a few campers and I found one i really liked. Got approved and following week picked it up and went camping with the grandkids. Kept us warm in the cold nights. Thank you Daniel.

My husband and I had such a great experience with this business. From trading in our older camper to bringing a new one home, the entire process was very enjoyable. Every single person who works there is so kind and professional but we want to give a special shout out to the four staff members we were working closely with: Kaily, Brian, Zoe and Kevin. Hot dog, good peeps. Kaily was the initial sales rep that found us exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. Kevin and Brian worked tirelessly to get us the best finance rate and Zoe thoroughly walked us through the ins and outs of our purchase and hooked us up with everything we needed. This was our first RV purchase, so we really weren't sure what to expect. From the first time I visited the location with a friend, everyone was friendly, and Eddy answered all our questions about the RV. When I came back to pick it up, Zoe gave a professional orientation, answering all our questions, allowing us to record, and reviewing anything a second time when we had the "huh?" moment. Now don't get me wrong; we're still figuring things out, but Zoe made it clear we could call her and ask any questions we had. We had a slight delay in keeping the ball rolling this day when my wife had to have food and meds, but no one seemed to mind that she left with the truck to go into Flagstaff. After we finally hitched it up, Eddy came with us out to a dirt lot and gave us some tips on backing it up into the cramped location where we park it. When we got it home and backed it up for real, we did it on the first try. Thanks, Eddy!
One thing I was hoping to accomplish was to start a relationship with a place for future RV trades and purchases. This team made a significant effort to start that relationship with us, and I really appreciate that.
