Rude and grumpy old man! I came in once for a simple oil change. I walk through the door and he stares at me like I don't belong there. Asked if he could help me, and degrades me for my car being dusty. Told me to go get it cleaned. I guess pretty princess didn't want to mess up his pedicure.

I have a 1967 Firebird. I had it in a neighbor's garage and went to start it and saw sparks and smoke under the hood. I was glad I had installed a battery cut off switch, I turned it off and avoided a major fire. I would not have been happy telling Bill and Yvette "thanks for letting me store the car, sorry your house burned down. I found it needed a new wiring harness so I ordered one. I asked Ric to install it and he did an excellent job He was very attentive to details and even installed the ground wire for the horn on the steering column so the horn worked (which it never did). All in all the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable! Ric found I had pinched the old harness between the fender and inner fender.

I've taken multiple vehicles to Ric's over the past 10 years. He's always been honest and fixed them at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop

It’s a long review but worth the read. My son called me a few days back and said his truck wouldn’t start and that was a big deal being he is up at NAU and I’m all the way in Casa Grande AZ so my abilities to help him were limited. I originally had the truck towed to another shop first and they gave me some really high quotes on things there were not sure would fix it and with that I just didn’t feel comfortable so on the search I went to find someone else that is when I called and talked to Ric at Ric’s automotive and boy let me tell you I highly recommend there shop if I could give more stars I would they got my sons truck up and running in no time and at a super fair and reasonable price. He was very honest and patient when listening to me. If you find your self looking for a mechanic he is your guy. Thank you Ric!

Ric is awesome!!! My truck was leaking antifreeze but i could not locate it. He spent a few hours of his own time to help me out!! I recommend him 150%! Very nice and honest!
