The staff at Discount Tire are so helpful and caring! My daughter was in a car accident that totaled her vehicle for which she had just had four new tires put on. The situation was difficult for many reasons and my daughter wanted to keep the tires for sentimental reasons to use on a replacement vehicle. Discount Tire staff and management not only took the tires off of the totaled vehicle but let her keep them at their store for several days until she was able to get her replacement vehicle. They even took off the step ups of the car so she could keep those as well! When she got her replaced vehicle, they put the tires back on for her, wrapped the old tires up in plastic and put them in the back of her vehicle for her. I am so thankful for Discount Tires' staff. They went above and beyond with service, care and empathy of the situation. I will always use Discount Tire for my tire needs.

We usually love Discount Tire, in our experience they have been reliable and helpful. However, last week, we had a very harrowing experience. Our salesperson was terrific and listened to what we wanted and needed. The turnaround time was very quick and communication was great. Our problem came after getting on the road. About 2 hours north of Flagstaff, in the middle of nowhere, my husband began to have trouble with the steering. He kept driving, thinking it was maybe the alignment or the road he was on. Imagine his surprise when his wheel came completely off!! The wheel rolled away, lug nuts flew everywhere and he was stranded. It's funny now, but only because he didn't roll the vehicle or crash into anything or anyone. Thanks to the kindness of strangers they located SOME of the lug nuts and the wheel and were able to jack the car up so he could get where he was going. Safely? Probably not. So, beware the quick turnaround time and make sure that they acattach your tire to your vehicle.

Over the years, Discount Tire has been my go to as their prices are fair, their service is awesome, they have quality tires, and a great warranty! There are always great sales and rebates going on as well!I had a slow leak in one of my tires right as I was heading to a meeting. I stopped in, they filled the tire and gave me an assessment of the wear and tear on my tires. It was a very slow leak as my tire light did not go on again until Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I had just visited a friend, and had my dogs with me. I decided to stop in at Discount Tire and get the tire filled again, but to set an appointment for Tuesday, since they were closed Sunday and Monday for the holiday. They were quite busy and it was 3:30 PM! They had some excellent promotions going on, and I was told they could get me in today. I told the sales guy I had my dogs with me, but he said they were welcome to come inside. We decided what tires would work best for me, and I ordered them online. He finished up the paperwork and I drove to Starbucks to grab a beverage, returned and went inside with my dogs about 4PM. After about 20 minutes, I decided to walk my dogs around the area. I receive texts with updates, and as we walked back just before 5 PM, I received a text that my vehicle is ready!With my last purchase, I had done the mistake of purchasing from the dealership, because they had a buy three get one free, which really equates to more than what you pay at Discount Tire! The funny thing is, if you have a nail in your tire, they send you to Discount Tire. At one point, I had a nail in the sidewall on one of my tires, Discount said they could not repair, but put my spare on and it turned into a nightmare at the dealership with those tires, figuring out the proration of the warranty, etc. I've had to do this in the past with other vehicles at Discount Tire, and it was never a nightmare!Discount Tire will forever be my go to for tires, and I really appreciate the speedy service and quality tires at a great discount that they put on my vehicle on Labor Day weekend!

This review is for the amazing service we received from the store but particularly from Hunter today who understood my husband had a session in Sedona at his new job for what he was late because of his flat tire and he went above and beyond working super fast to help him out, we were so thankful for his care and effort that I had to come here to thank him again and to recommend this particular location which in my opinion has been the most helpful and professional discount tire shop we have ever been to

Apparently a slow leak in your tire takes up to two hours for repair. If I knew this I would have gone elsewhere. I got here at 4:30pm. 6:22pm and my vehicle is not even in the garage. When I asked about my vehicle, I got no response from who appears to be the manager of the store. He just looked at me. Disappointing since this is where I buy my tires. I'm going to have to go elsewhere for my tires after the bad customer service.

Had a slow leak in tire near Flagstaff so swung into Discount tire. Waited 2 hours for them to get to my tire. That's okay but when the guy got my truck up on the lift and the tire off he told me the tire wasn't fixed originally according to DOT Regis so he couldn't put it back on, nor would he put my spare back on. Told me I needed to buy a $250 tire. Basically they held my truck hostage and wouldn't put my spare on until I ponied up for a $250 tire! I don't know who runs this rip-off place but I will never use them again.

Another hugh thank you to Discount Tires, as well a great big thank you to Brian the senior manager and Connor the other store manager for such amazing customer service, they truely cared and jumped into action to replace two tires that needed to be replaced... you two are great managers and it shows... totally greatful to both of you and will always highly recommend this location in Flagstaff Arizona... this location the last two times I've needed to replace my tires always give 5 stars always ...

Roger Stenman at Discount Tire is THE BEST, and we are so impressed with the service he gave us during our visit. We recently got a flat tire while visiting Flagstaff from Phoenix. Our car has runflat tires, so we figured we would not be able to find replacement tires in a pinch while visiting a small town. This was particularly distressing, as we had our infant daughter in the car with us. We realized we would have to arrange for a rental car and a tow truck to get our family home safely. We went to Discount Tire to see if they could help and were lucky to meet Roger, who rushed our car into the shop once we explained our predicament. After taking a look, he told us that the tire could not be repaired, BUT he had taken the time to look at the shop's collection of spare tires and found a runflat tire that could work to get us home. He installed the tire immediately so that we could get on the road as soon as possible. He even wrapped our old tire and put it in our trunk to take to our dealer for the warranty. My husband and I are so grateful for this incredibly kind and personal service, and highly recommend this Discount Tire location (especially Roger!) to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to go to a different discount tire. I'm an 18 year old girl, and know a bit about cars compared to most girls my age. I brought my car in as the front two tires were leaking a bit, and they told me they couldn't fix them because the tread was at 2/22. Hm. I find that odd as I put new tires on this car not too long ago. I listen to what the guy (I don't remember his name) says and get new tires, because they can't service them and I need to drive my car very soon. All of my tires were bought at the same time. 2 weeks later I run over a nail on my drivers side rear. I take it in to a different discount tire and they tell me the tread is 6/22. All of my tires were bought AT THE SAME TIME. And they said it's perfectly fine and capable to be serviced, so I won't need to be charged. Not to mention my promise time was 3, and I left at 4:30. If you are a father or mother of a younger woman, please do yourself a favor and accompany them or inform them about these things when going for car repairs. Countless times I have been scammed from companies like this, and have been unaware of it. It's disappointing as places like discount tire use us woman to their advantage and don't respect us.

This place is awesome! The guys are super friendly and so helpful! They get your car in and out and tires fixed up so quickly! They are always happy and smiling and try and give you the very best deal. Highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment for 11:00am and arrived at 10:45am as requested. Check in technician said I would have my tires balanced and rotated within a few minutes. At 11:15am a second technician approached our car and said they would have us out by 12:15pm. I asked why so long and was told DISCOUNT TIRE NOW BOOKS THREE CARS FOR EACH APPOINTMENT!! Why would someone book an appointment at 11:00am for a 15 minute rotation and balance then have to wait a total of 1.5 hours. I have bought tires and serviced my cars at DISCOUNT TIRE for over 20 years, but this triple booking and extra hour waiting for service will have me think twice before buying at DISCOUNT TIRE in the future. Looks like I will have to try BIG "O" TIRES from now on.

Our family was traveling when TPMS light came on which led me to pullover and see if we had a nail or debris in the tire. Sure enough, a nail had punctured the tire. Luckily we were just minutes away from this location. Brandon (Store Manager) helped us out and we were back on the road shortly. The staff are hard workers and provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely suggest stopping in and seeing these guys for your tire needs.

We have been loyal customers of Discount Tire for 35 years, and I am constantly impressed by the consistently high level of customer service we receive. Case in point - today I visited the Flagstaff store next to the Flagstaff Mall to get a tire pressure check. I received excellent and friendly service from Shane and I wanted to give him a shout out through this Yelp review. Thanks for great service Shane.

These guys are awesome! We were in town to visit our son who attends NAU and after grabbing a meal downtown, we saw that one of our tires on our vehicle was almost completely flat. We limped it to a nearby gas station for some air, it was a pretty bad leak, but had enough to make it to discount tire. It was 5:58pm when we arrived and saw that they closed at 6pm. I truly expected to be told to return in the morning, wow I was so pleasantly surprised when the manager assisted us and said that they would take care of our tire issue. Our tire was patched and we were back on the road in about 25 minutes. I can't say enough about their customer service, it was excellent.
