Excellent service, excellent looking meat, reasonable prices. My new go to butcher, wish I had found them sooner. The qaulity of meat around flag is diminishing, and proper meats wants your arm and leg with their prices. They went out of their way to help me (stayed open 5 min past close for me, very kind, even offered to ice the meat since I was heading to the gym)

Randal's is one of the only places in town we will purchase meats. They have some of the best selections. The carne asada is some of our favorite. The service is always on point and the new owner was super responsive and actually ordered exactly what I was looking for when they didn't happen to have it.

This place is over the top awesome. I am not sure what all the stuff about white people or political views are about . That sounds like a 1 off incident with new help? They have always been more than appropriate. I have gone here for years and always had excellent service. The meat is spectacular. The prime rib at Christmas is the best you will ever put in your mouth.

I'm not from the Flagstaff area, so I relied on the internet / Yelp to find a well rated butcher. I was totally impressed with this shop. Randy served us and was great. One of the things I noticed there, was when a second butcher was in the back cutting and packaging and another customer walked in, he immediately dropped what he was doing to help the customer. Maybe that's customary in the old days or little cities but I don't see that kind of customer service these days. I wanted aged Porterhouse for Valentine's Day and I wasn't disappointed by these steaks. The fillet was so tender and the strip was wonderful too. We also bought some bacon and sausage, and was just as thrilled with them as the steak. If You want great customer service, great prime meat and a fell good experience, shop at Randall's

Never come to the this butcher shop. It's never open. It's the best tip/advice I could give my fellow Yelpers. I've stopped by this butcher shop twice in two months. Nothing. No lights, no signs and no MEATS! Maybe they went out of business? Godspeed Randal's Fine Meats. I really wanted to give you a chance the last two times visiting Arizona, but it just wasn't in the cards!

Definitely the best carne asada in Flagstaff. Always friendly and clean. Unfortunately I watched all 3 people ignore a white couple and help everyone else. Left them and sat down in back when finished. Not ok.

Worth the trip! I was absolutely amazed by the difference in quality from the grocery stores. After our first visit...we became life long customers. The staff is so helpful and you leave feeling better then when you came.
