I been here several times they always help me out and make sure I feel comfortable going in I never feel uncomfortable most mechanic places I don't like going in being a women but they never made me feel uncomfortable everyone here is amazing . They will keep looking at my vehicle until I am fully satisfied with no attitude . They are always busy but always manage to squeeze me in for any concerns I have with my car. Hands down best mechanics in flagstaff Arizona super friendly and they get the job done (:

Ron and his crew give reliable work based in real knowledge in the field. I had an oil change and had to go to work before I could pick up my car from r & r ron called me and helped shuttle my car to help me out since I was at work and could not get my car. A very big thank you to owner Ron and Justin for going beyond his obligation to help me. You guys do great work! Thank you Ron and Justin!

I had a sensor come loose on my transmission. They took a look at it made sure all the seals were good and the threads all it needed was to be tightened. They tightened it up and told us to have a nice day after they tested everything to make sure it passed. Thank you R&R you're a lifesaver!! I appreciate you guys more than you'll know.

The service definitely could have been better. I will never go there again. We took our cars for oil changes and came out with more fees without telling what the charge would be before performing a service and charging an exorbitant amount for an inspection on an old car and didn’t complete a full inspection and then charged extra to look at a minor concern in the windshield. That should be included in an already expensive inspection that would not apply to service on the car. And we asked to call us before doing any service and they don’t tell you the price so always ask ahead of time. And will just apologize for doing something wrong, but not offering to make it right. So this place may be right for others, but it’s untrustworthy to me. And they claim they put on factory parts, but I wouldn’t trust that. It’s no better than the competition they say not to go to. At least other auto repair shops in the area give you an estimate, a price or call before performing service.

Brought my vehicle in for noise to get fixed. They diagnosed it and "fixed" it. I came to pick it up. It still sounded the same. These guys couldn't diagnose it correctly and were stumped at this job. They still charged me though and then sent me away saying they don't want to work on it anymore. Totally un-christian. I felt taken advantage of. And that was all my savings gone... no more funds for my little girl's education fees. I'll never go back and they ignored my calls and the BBB who contacted them. They can not be held accountable. Stay away!

What an amazing experience. Had our college student bring her car here because it was shaking. Ron did a complete diagnostic and found nothing wrong. Didn't ask for any compensation even though it was within their rights. Highly recommend this shop in today's society that is so driven by the dollar. You will find nothing but honest hard working people who do the right thing at R&R Automotive.Thank you Ron for taking care of my little girl.James Allara

Please stay away from this shop at all costs. Although the owner is friendly, he could not properly diagnose the problems while simultaneously charging me in total 5 grand. And the work the shop did has not held, so now I have to spend additional thousands to get a new engine, which is what should have been done in the first place... Again, please find a better mechanic.

Highly recommend R and R. Our oil censor light came on while we were traveling from Texas. We were diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in an expedient amount of time. We consider Ron and his crew a blessing to us and to the Flagstaff community.
