“My girlfriend and I were stuck on the side of the road overnight in the winter. AAA refused to help, and local tow companies wanted several hundred to tow us a few feet out of snow. The people at John Graves propane stopped out of the kindness of their hearts and got us out in a matter of minutes. While I can't say anything about their propane services, these people are good Samaritans with outstanding character. I would highly reccomend them!”
“RV propane fills: Berm when entering from the street, use care. Larger rigs cannot pull through, but can pull up alongside the dispensing station. Thomas is helpful and professional.”

“I am a mother of 2 disabled kids. Last week I was evicted, the movers I had hired decided not to do their job and last minute I need a uhaul truck. I had to make so many split decisions in a short amount of time and I ended up dealing with too many rude people to count. U-Haul was the one and only company that was never rude to me, went above and beyond for me, and actually helped me out during a very traumatic event in my little family's life. Kurt, Griffin, Echo, McKenzie and many names I just don't recall were patient and empathetic with me when I overstepped my 16-hour reservation by 2 days. This company was a calm voice.
