We have shopped this pawn shop twice in the past 2 years and we are here again today. Very nice people and great jewelry. My wife is very selective on her purchases but always leaves Ponderosa Pawn with at least 2 quality pieces at a very reasonably price.

Wow! I've been a customer of this since shop they opened on the westside of flagstaff. I was just in there to pick up a layaway. I was bullied by the shop owner Isaac. During a question I had asked concerning the pay and receiving of what I had on layaway. He came into room and started talking down to me. I objected and he compared me to his wife. What a clown. Nevermind his failing pawnshop.

Very friendly service, and they have beautiful jewelry. I only wish they had the ring in my size!
