I had an oil change and tire rotation. It took less time than I expected and everything was fine. I dealt with a service representative who was very nice and friendly. My review originally appeared less than satisfied but it was posted by accident in case anyone saw it.

I had a day trip to Flagstaff and while there, had my alternator go out. Average life expectancy is 7 years, I managed to get 11. Oxendale was able to give me a service appointment and confirmed the problem. A new alternator took almost full week to get but once received the repair was made in short order. They are very customer orientated and I am very happy with the service provided.

My car broke down in a remote area and I had it towed to the nearest dealership which was Oxendale Hyundai/Genisys. Although I never met any of there staff, I conversed with them frequently as they evaluated and performed a recall service on the vehicle. They also assisted with an eventual tow that brought my car back to where I live. I primarily spoke with Levi Sims and found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend their dealership service department to anyone.

The team at Flagstaff Oxendale Hyundai are not only knowledgeable, they are patient and truly care about each customer. Having been disappointed by previous car sales, it was such a relief to find team members Deion, Tim, and Teresa. They listened to what I wanted, explained everything over and over until I had a true understanding, gracefully I might add, and they helped me to find the best car for me that fit within my budget and has all the features I wanted. AND they stayed open late to do it. They literally could not have gone more above and beyond for me. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars is is pretty nerve wracking to be vulnerable in this capacity. They have all my trust and I just had to share a glowing review after the recent service I received. We are first time Hyundai buyers. We now own a 2024 Tucson hybrid. Deion was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He kept communicating with us, and answered all questions. When the vehicle arrived, he had it prepared and ready for us. He personally educated us on all the bells and whistles. For purchasing a vehicle, there was no stress or worries. We highly recommend Oxendale Hyundai in Flagstaff.

Oxendale Hyundai was greatI admit it was a little challenging getting things done and signed, due to our demanding work schedule. But Hats off to Dion the salesman and Teresa the finance manager. They made things work a happen, and stayed calm, polite and patient while helping us get our bigger and new 2023 ride.Thank you both and Oxendale for another great experience. We had a car breakdown out of town in Flagstaff. The folks in oxendale Hyundai were awesome. Super friendly, and very professional. They weren't able to fix the car immediately but I got a ride home and they picked me up and brought me back when the car was ready. Levi, Janine, the mechanics. Everybody took such a great care of us. And took the extra mile to make sure that the car was fixed and we wouldn't have any repeated problems. I would definitely take my car back to them if we needed anything else in Flagstaff

Went with my son to purchase his first car. Dion and especially Teresa Pilgrim went above and beyond to make it work for my son to drive off the lot with the vehicle he really wanted. My brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid has a recurring message on its dashboard that it's overdue for a scheduled service. The MyHyundai app on my iPhone states that my vehicle needs a 5000 mile scheduled service. In the photos below my Owners Manual states that my vehicle needs an oil change every 5000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. I called "Levi" at the Oxendale Hyundai Service Department in Flagstaff to schedule a service and I was told that maybe it's 7,500 miles or 9,000 miles when it's supposed to be serviced. I shared all of this information with him but he refused to schedule my complimentary service. Contacted Hyundai USA to complain but they said all dealers are independent and do their own thing.

Called multiple times over the course of three weeks just looking for a call back. They have an excuse the phone line is down, but I haven't received a call-back even 1 time informing me of availability. My second Hyundai personally and dealers really break the experience. Hyundai should sell Direct to Consumer, because dealers shy me away from recommending the brand. Horrible customer service

I’ve had more than my share of new car experiences and I can finally say that Oxendale Hyundai were straight shooters, and I did everything from my desk at home over phone with RaeLynn. From the phone to getting approval call back, then going in to test drive and finish purchase was on point with everything said over phone to financing done with Jeremy who is also real and upfront, it’s a small older dealership that they introduce you to each debt head so if anything happens I’m not talking to machines and wondering who to talk to. Highly recommend buying from Oxendale!

Our experience at Oxendale was excellent!The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and swift!Bart, the service manager, kept us updated an informed as our brakes went out while driving and we had the car towed to Hyundai on an emergency basis.We highly recommend this business!
