UPDATED AUG 2024: Four years later after going to this Hyundai, I am now in another state and have used another Hyundai service center. The new center didn’t even recommend the services that Flagstaff Hyundai did, I still don’t need new brake pads. It just goes to show that Hyundai Flagstaff is recommending services that are unnecessary and costly once you are not under warranty.

I’ve waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to get second opinions on my car and the services they suggested.
In May 2020 I went here for a routine service of just preventative maintenance for my car. They quoted me for more than $1,000 of work. I took it to two other mechanics in town and neither of them suggested the services they did. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dealership and still the services they suggested of replacing my brake pads and many other things still have not needed to be done on my car. My brake pads currently still have more than 50% of material on them, so I know they had even more last May.
It’s a shame because while my car was under warranty they did a great job taking care of it.
However, now that the warranty is gone they decided to take a predatory approach and suggest unnecessary maintenance on my vehicle during a pandemic that has been hurting a lot of people in terms of money.
Upon rejecting their suggested service, I felt pressured by the mechanics and left very unhappy with the way I was treated. As a woman, I’ve felt mechanics try to take advantage of me before but I didn’t expect it at a licensed Hyundai dealership.
Save money and go elsewhere once your warranty is up.

Fabio and the finance team were very helpful when I was traveling from Mississippi to California and began to have car troubles. They stayed past business hours to help us get into a ride and we were able to leave in a 2024! Everyone was super sweet and helpful

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car! The staff was wonderful and easy to work with. They made the process seamless, especially for an inexperienced buyer like myself. I recommend shopping at Oxendale Hyundai!

On Tuesday I started the on line process to look at two Ram 1500 Big Horns. A meet up was scheduled for 1 PM on Wednesday at the Flagstaff Oxendale Hyundai facility. Upon arrival we were greeted by Chris who was our salesman. We test drove both vehicles and decided to purchase the Forrest Green pickup. Chris catered to our personsl needs and asked for all the paperwork that the dealership had requested we bring. Title to our trade in, insurance card and identification. We were then introduced to our sales manager. She was very cheerful and professional. By 3 PM we had made the purchase filed all the paperwork the truck was detailed. Chris abs the sales manager had the truck's gas tank filled. We were on our way home to Clarkdale.
