I had a coolant emergency, stopped here and Evan was very helpful. While waiting for the car engine to cool, I saw the employees helping others in a very competent and friendly manner. The assistant manager was very good to someone else with an issue.

My battery died in the Target parking lot. After a jump start, I came here and Kevin was extremely friendly and kind and helped install my new battery right away. I didn't feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me, especially since I don't know much about car mechanics. Kevin was genuinely interested in helping me and ensured everything was set before I left. It took less than 30 minutes.

Kevin was very helpful in ordering the right part for me. I have been struggling numerous times with other stores and other companies trying to get this part and all the parts were wrong. Kevin ordered the right part and even helped with another issue I had. If you go to this O’Reilly ask for Kevin, he goes above and beyond the call of duty!!

I found Oreilly’s on West Route 66 to be very helpful and personable. The gentleman, who has a deep knowledge of the two World Wars, walked out to our car and explained that perhaps we could find among our friends someone who had a tap and dye tool. He could have easily pushed a tool that they carriedfor almost forty dollars, but he preferred to give us the advice we needed and turn us into long-term customers. That is the wisdom of long life experience. Altogether a very positive impression. Great place!

The kid that waited on me was busy with another customer,and I just showed him the bulb that i needed for my brake light, and he said isle 4 and i started looking for it, and i heard someone say sir that bulb is here on the counter for you so i went back to the counter and he said that after he was done with the customer that he was waiting on when i first walked in the door and started looking for the bulb well it was the exact ? bulb that i needed and i just buy looking at the old one i showed him that he just new which one it was right off and got it from the back shelf and put it on the counter. And this kid was only about 21 years old but he new what he was doing that is for sure but anyway in the door and back to my ? in 5 minutes tops.

Tested my battery for free and didn’t try to sell me on anything or talk to me like I didn’t know anything. Very respectful and helpful.

Had an older man working at the shop raise his voice and make insulting comments towards me for asking if he could replace my battery as I don’t have the necessary tools in my dorm room to do so myself. He then made me carry his battery and tools to my car to change it and continued to make rude comments as he changed my battery. He was also very upset when I didn’t know my car’s motor size off the top of my head and when I told him that I had a warranty on the previous battery from oreilly, so I paid in full when I should not have.

Was busy for a Thursday but I was able to walk up to the counter and get assistance with checking my battery right away. Kevin was straightforward and a great help. Per his recommendation, I got a replacement and he installed it for me on the spot.
