My battery died in the Target parking lot. After a jump start, I came here and Kevin was extremely friendly and kind and helped install my new battery right away. I didn't feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me, especially since I don't know much about car mechanics. Kevin was genuinely interested in helping me and ensured everything was set before I left. It took less than 30 minutes.

I was just in the store and Tanner helped me with a price match on a product and gave me the $10.00 Credit for signing up for rewards that was sent to my email then Some cranky employ came up and said you can’t price match & give him the 10.00 reward! ....Well Tanner gave me both and took care of a situation that could have cost them a customer!Great customer service TANNER! ? Your the type of guy that makes a business succeed in Flagstaff. Thank you

Great auto parts store in Flagstaff, easily accessible and near NAU campus. They employ a friendly and knowledgeable staff that are able to handle private or commercial parts sales. They can also turn drums and rotors!

It was Sunday and my battery gave up. I had to jump start the car everytime I started it with a portable battery charger. I got to O'Reillys where I bought a new battery. I'm not a young person anymore and the salesman named Josh, sold me the battery and offered to change it for meHe was such a blessing. Thank you Josh for your kindness. Thank you O'Reillys.!

Had a battery/electrical issue on my Toyota Sienna can. Staff at this location went above and beyond. They spent time to diagnose my problem, accurately. Then sold me quality products. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. If i had gone to the dealership the cost would have been about $700. This option was $200, and took a fraction of the time and effort. Definitely coming back here again. Even if they can't help me diagnose or "fix" all of my automotive issues, it's totally worth coming here FIRST.
