I was traveling cross country for a family emergency when I broke down in Flagstaff with ALL of my dogs - heat can be scary! when I broke down and stopped in to see what my problem was! These guys fit me in first thing the next morning when I’m sure they were booked and had other cars to get done and had me back on the road in a few hours!! So thankful for this business!!!”

“This place goes beyond expectations! My wife and I are on a long trip moving her from Sand Diego, CA to Elizabethtown, KY. She bought a used Toyota Tacoma, and noticed the brakes were VERY sluggish. First, we stopped at Meineke in Flagstaff, just down tje street. They had 2 men working tje front desk, and ONLY 1 technician in their service bay at 11:30 am. We were told it would take a 3 to 5 hour wait for service. I asked if they could suggest another place in town with a shorter wait time, and they said theirs was the shortest wait time in Flagstaff. My wife decided to leave, and we went to Jiffy Lune a block away. We waited a VERY short time. Jiffy Lube is well staffed with very polite, knowledgeable staff that treat customers with great customer service. We got out of the car to go to the lobby, the manager, held the door open to welcome us, and we waited in A/C with friends popcorn and free fountain drinks. In least than 20 minutes, the technician came in and reported that our brake pads and rotors were fine, but the brake fluid was overfull. They had drained the fluid to the correct level. They let is know our master cylinder has a small leak, and needs to be rebuilt, but they do not perform rebuilds pf that type. The vehicle is fine to drive. I asked them to check our tire pressure, and they asked if I had a tire pressure pressure preference, or just wanted manufacturer specs. When we went to pay, they did not charge us a cent! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR HONEST service!”

“We stopped by to ask if the gentlemen could help us by checking the pressure/air in my daughters car tires. It was like going back in time (in a good way iykyk!). They checked the air pressure, topped off the fluids in the car, and were total lifesavers! Everyone was so kind & polite. I was sure to let my daughter know that THIS will be the place where she can come for any service on her vehicle while at NAU. “While I can't review their work, because we didn't end up getting any work done, I can speak to their exemplary integrity. My husband and I were in town for the day when our truck began having mechanical problems. We brought it in and the shop looked it over. They called us a few hours later to let us know the problem. We needed to get back home and couldn't stay the night to get it fixed. The mechanic assured us that it was safe to drive and on top of this, they didn't charge us a dime! I would recommend Complete Car Care to anyone in the area!”

“We were traveling across country towing our boat, when we had a code come up on the dash. It was Friday around 11a.m. we called the Ford Dealer and Auto shops and no one was able to help us or get us in for a week. We were certain we were doomed. But thankfully we called Flagstaff Auto Repair and Jeannie answered the phone. I explained our situation and she said absolutely come on in and we will get it looked at and see what we can do. After a huge sigh of relief we showed up and she met us out front. Before we went inside Alex, the owner came out. He ran his diagnostic test we all went inside and he diagnosed the problem. With a call to the Ford dealer to get a part it was all going to be okay. Alex personally drove us over to a quaint restaurant so we could grab a bite to eat and while we were gone our truck was fixed. Alex and Jeannie were so accommodating and wonderful. If I lived in the area, I would give them all of my business.

“This shop was the only one available and willing to give me a break and rotor inspection, I’m passing through town and they are the best shop I’ve ever been too, very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. If I lived in town this shop would be my go to place. I haven’t had an automotive shop give me a piece of mind. As gratitude for their service I highly recommend coming here over any auto repair shop. If you are a resident in Flagstaff you are very lucky to have a business that’s puts their customers safety before money. I’ve been to multiple big chain automotive repair shops and none of them come close to this place.”
