When on a cross country trip we had a u-joint go on our van go. These folks took us right in and as quickly as they could got us back on the road. GREAT JOB!!

I called them and told them I needed a Transmission flush and filter replacement. And my bands adjusted on a Dodge 46RE Transmission. I took in that following Monday and they told me that they don't do band adjustments even though there a transmission shop. Really confused.

What a quality shop! They took the time necessary to diagnose an UNIQUE, in-depth problem, PROPERLY! The owner, Adam, even took the time to explain the issue at hand, how it was unique, was very informative in setting realistic expectations for the future.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten services done or had issues “fixed,” only to find out the issue was never truly resolved or came back shortly after…I’ve had shops put the wrong oil in my Jeep, multiple times, due the lack of paying attention to the specifics of a vehicle.

We limped into Flagstaff on a very hot June day with our truck air conditioning not working. We were towing our fifth wheel and it was too late to find an RV park so we stayed the night in the Cracker Barrel parking lot. In the morning we called Nationwide Transmission and they went out of their way to get us in, diagnose the problem, get the part and get us back on the road that day. Even better, we did not have to replace the compressor, which had been done the previous summer. It turned out there were some wires which were not connecting properly to the air conditioner clutch. Thank you for your great service!

Exceptional experience with the owner, Adam! He went above and beyond to help us. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic, look not further. In addition, this shop was the only one able to lift our 34 foot RV.

These guys are great. They have old school integrity and good customer service. Their prices are the best in town. Wanted to also make note that Travis goes beyond in that job and keeps everything together there. He is a great example of how people should be because he goes that extra mile. They have a great crew. Great place and highly recommend

I had matt look at one of my customer vans that was having problems. He looked at it and told me that it had the wrong gear set in the transmission and speedo was off. He explained this to me but I could not ask him question about his diag. He said I was just argueing with him. I asked him questions and he knew he was caught in a lie and got upset at me. My customer did not like how he was treated when there. I would never use this dishonest shop. Its sad that they are allowed to be ATRA members.

Took my daughter’s car to Nationwide Transmission. Travis is awesome! They were able to assess the problem quickly and the car was fixed and ready the next day. They were reasonably priced and very friendly. My daughter says that the car has never run so well. We will be using them for all of her car repair needs while she is in school up there. Travis and the NT team are Awesome! I was crossing AZ on a road trip when my engine started smoking on a Sunday morning. I am so grateful they were open!! They fit me in quickly, diagnosed the problem in minutes and sent me on my way with only a very small charge. Honest, kind, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Absolute best experience with a mechanic shop. Kind, honest and truly care about their customers. I spent a few hours waiting on my vehicle in their office and was able to watch many interactions with other customers. Travis and the other staff members handled everyone, even grumpy customers, with straightforward and clear communication. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town for vehicle advice and work. Thank you!

Here's my drama in a nutchell.I have a 2020 four cylinder carI need a spark plugs changed.The first place I checked in Flagstaff wanted $1000,00 to change the spark plugs. (Guess they saw I was an easy mark).The manufacture wanted to charge me 350.00 for spark plugs.Then I decided to try Nationwide (east side of Flagstaff) and they wanna charge me 330.00 and *BONUS* that included a new filter and oil change.Another added feature ... same day serviceThe staff was real good with me and straight forward.
