Jacob and Anthony, who work at this location are amazing. However this bank, in general, SUCKS.for the last 8 months, NBAZ has caused countless issues with my accounts. I have wasted hours of my time going into the branch, calling & emailing, and being on hold asking for help.Do not use this bank if you want to receive correct information on opening a second credit card/reviewing current accounts or transactions. Do not use this bank if you ever plan on leaving northern Arizona. NBAZ can (and will) ruin your credit/make your life so much harder than it needs to be, and they won’t take responsibility for it. They do not communicate appropriately or respectfully and they seem to enjoy wasting peoples time maybe in hopes that the person will just give up.P.S. Customer service (any extension) is supposed to take note of every call with a bank client. I have called upwards of 15 times since an issue that occurred in July 2023, this does not include the multiple visits into the branch in regard to the same issue, and NBAZ has still claimed to know nothing about their mistake or my communications as there are no notes in my client file.Trust me, please take your money somewhere else, please. I am begging you lmao save yourself. I wish I never set foot in NBAZ 10 years ago. Thank you, Anthony and Jacob, for doing your best for your customers despite the poor supervisors who run your branch and the company overall.

Excellent service. AlwaysDisregard the guy who got a parking boot. Someone else owns the parking lot. There is abundant signage indicating which spots are free for banking customers

I had an awesome experience at this branch and with NBAZ as a whole. Bernadette at this location was willing to go above and beyond to tackle what I needed. She was professional, personable, and concise. NBAZ phone customer service is also MILES ahead of the big banks in terms of hold times and capability.

Wish I could give them a zero. They put a Tire Tag on my car after being there for only an hour. The Tire Tag costs $200 to get off. We are in a pandemic. This bank is despicable for that. They do not deserve any customers.

Not even sure 1 star would be accurate, 0 stars! This bank use to be a real gem, but it is not the same. I feel bad for the tellers that have to hear everyone complain as they are nice, but understaffed (waiting in the drive thru for excess amounts of time is really annoying). SO TIRED of NB. Their downtown location is convenient but the bank is poorly run, not a good choice for me personally or my business. So disappointing, over and over. Can't wait to leave this bank and tell everyone how poor my experiences have been.

They change their banking hours without prior notice to their customers: no emails, no automated calls, no sign postings prior. Very difficult to get through the drive thru entrance with the construction going on.

We have done our business banking with this branch for years for two businesses. We have always been impressed with their customer service, and they have been able to accommodate us and figure out lines of credit etc. that other banks wouldn't do. They are a big part of our success. We recommend them highly!
