Gabe provides outstanding customer service and great communication. He had to race the clock a little bit because of delivery issues beyond his control and even with these obstacles he had a great attitude and got everything done when he said he would.

Gabe is awesome and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of truck toppers.Among numerous other things, he was able to get a torn, unrepairable, Leer screen latch replaced with an entire window under warranty by Leer.I highly recommend Mountain Toppers for any camper shell needs.

We had a great experience working with Gabe at Mountain Toppers. Communication was excellent, installation was done in just 2 hours, and the shell itself with locks and the light are working perfectly. Best of all, we saved a lot of money compared to the big company in the valley that said they had the best prices in AZ. We very highly recommend Gabe's Mountain Toppers!!

Gabe worked really hard to navigate through a difficult return process for a Leer tonneau cover that failed within 6 months of purchase. This was not because of any fault on Gabe's or Mountain Toppers.Often times these matters get very complicated since there are multiple entities involved, such as Leer, a Warehouse distributor, the store front, and of course the customer. Despite a very busy schedule, Gabe maintained communication and submitted all necessary paperwork to Leer for us to receive a full refund. Within less than 1 week, this matter was complete.If you want good customer service, my recommendation is to go visit Mountain Toppers in Flagstaff, AZ. Things aren't always perfect with products, but Gabe will make sure that things are made right at the end of the day. Thank you Gabe once again!

I've attempted to order a replacement part for my topper multiple times and I keep getting told that he's waiting for a response from the manufacturer. I've never received a callback and it really seems like this place doesn't want any business at all. Stay away - it's worth the drive to the valley or Prescott to avoid this place.

They've apparently closed their doors... or the worst customer service ever! Left 3 voicemails, (called 8 times/different times of the day) sent 2 direct emails, and 2 price quote requests through Leer.com. Never heard back on any of these after 3 weeks of trying to get a hold of them. Ended up driving to Phoenix for install, after ordering a camper shell at Tom's Camperland.

It appears this agent of Leer has closed doors at this location forever. Probably a good thing. The new shell I ordered should have come with LED high brake lights intrinsic to the shell, but it did not, and an older set was glued to the glass and a couple of the bulbs didn't work. The manager did not once confer with me about this, which leads me to believe he screwed up my order. The manager was rude to me on another occasion, but his assistant gets high praise from me for his great customer service. Perhaps Mountain Toppers simply changed location, but I will not be seeking it out again if they did.

We bought our Leer tonneau cover for our truck from Mountain Toppers Have gone in and talked with these people 4 times trying to get the keyless remote installed. Gabe has assured me he would check on the item needed and get back to me. He hasn't. They won't follow through and order the item needed or call me back. Going to Prescott.
