The service was amazing! The products were all high quality and described well. I really appreciated how they had tons of local artists retail their products in the store, and the selection was never short. The value is high-end, but worth it. But once, cry once; for the warranty is lifetime (or at least a year).

A great store, but even with more wonderful staff. Tess is a employee worth a medall. She was so lovely and helped us lot. My mum is satisfied with her jacket (and the tea ;))
