Can’t recommend Robert enough. Had to get something done without an appointment and he got me in without hesitation. I will be using him as my go to mechanic on the mountain. I have a Mercedes sprinter and most people will not work on it. Can’t thank him enough.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have my parts but don't have the right tools to get my transmission pan off just to install my sensor an they wouldn't use my part an didn't understand that I didn't want to wast money on parts I already bought. Figured they would be good people help me out. Guess I was wrong.

Very good hard working crew. Their troubleshooting skills are great. Got us running how we should be in our 09 suburban. Couldn't thank these guys enough. We will be doing as much future business here as needed.

Don't let the name fool you, they won't actually come to you. I had the simplest job that needed help and I'm less than 3 miles away and they were unwilling to come out and requested I pay for a tow for a 5 minute job. Pretty disappointed

We were up in show low last weekend and had a problem with our suburban. (It was making a grinding noise) So we called Mobile MedicsAuto Repair. He said bring it in and he would look at it. So we dropped it off and I told him that I thought it sounded like a idler pulley. He said he would call us with when he looked at it. He did call us and told me it wasThe AC compressor And that the alternator was making noise. So I askedIf he could bypass it. He said yes he could just pull the belt off and I could drive it with no AC. I said ok and he said he would call me when it was done.He called and said it was done. When we picked it up he charged me $187.00Cash price. He quoted replacing the AC compressor and the alternator @130.per hour with Freon and all for just under $2000.00.When we got home we called another shop and they replaced the idler pulley for the AC belt. It cost me $120.00 parts and labor and the truckruns great. $187.00 to take the belt off and try to sell me parts and labornot needed. Be careful when you call this place.

Was up in Showlow for the weekend, getting ready to head back to the valley on a Sunday morning when my car died while driving.Mobile Medics was one of the only places open on Sunday, and Rob was very responsive. Once I got towed to the shop, he was able to diagnose the problem and get me back up and running so I could still make it home by Sunday night.

I hit a pothole and something started grinding in the front right brake of our car. Robert got to send first thing in the morning, had our car all fixed up by the time we were done. Eating breakfast had a little cafe that was within walking distance. He charged us a fraction of his regular rate... And these days every bit of money you can save is a win. Thank you Robert. You are good people.

We just pulled into town from Tucson and my transfer case locked up on me. Robert had me taken care of and back on the road in less than 24 hrs! He even tried to not charge me which didn’t fly! Lol Those kind of people are hard to find anymore and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.Service: Transmission repair

I drove up to Show Low from Phoenix for a weekend vacation and ended up having car troubles as soon as we got to our Airbnb. Robert was super friendly on the phone and was able to come out within a reasonable time and check it out. He gave us some great advice and was able to give us some peace of mind as we had to make it back home the next day. Very professional, real, and honest which is really important to me when I'm getting my car worked on. I could tell he wasn't giving us an B.S. Just honest advice and car knowledge. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Thorough repair on a Sunday. Robert was responsive when there were still existing issues after the initial repair. He made it work in a timely fashion. I'm definitely keeping him in mind when I need more work done.

This guy came looked at our RV, didnt even really look under the hood. He said it would be $500 just to hear it start but would never really run. It's a 1982 fleetwood with a 454 in it. We had already gotten it started, we just couldn't keep it going. Obviously didnt listen to him, got a second opinion. All we needed was a new carburetor ($200) and it runs perfect. He either didnt want our business or doesnt know what hes talking about. Also he charged us $50 just to tell us basically he doesnt want to work on it. Waste of time and money, not to mention he rescheduled on us after not answering his phone all day and telling us his other job took longer than expected. Well you could have called. Unprofessional.

Your company name is "mobile medics auto repair" but you responded to my review with "we dont do mobile". I have the text messages still in my phone from robert. Even other reviews talk about you coming out to them to help them but oh yea you dont do mobile. You're dishonest and unprofessional. Go ahead and respond again, it doesnt look bad on the consumer. All I said was you wasted our time when all the motor needed was a carburetor but only a real mechanic would know that.

I was visiting in Overgaard and had noticed some issues with my transmission coming down from Colorado. I call Mobile Medics and Robert made an appointment for me that afternoon. I authorized him to do whatever was needed to make sure my drive home was uneventful. He repaired the car, drained the transmission fluid, changed out the filter and had the car ready for me to take back to Overgaard in about 2 12 hours. He was polite and efficient. He taught me something about driving my car in AWD that I had never known before. He saved me a great deal of gas money on the way back to my home in Colorado because he his good work and his advice. I've called to thank him and I'd take my car there anytime I had an issue if I lived in that area.
