Below-par customer service. Even the manager makes faces behind the counter while on the phone. The employees are snotty and need training in customer service. They should stop showing attitude towards customers.

Hello good evening. I like to make a complaint about this Marshall after all this years coming to flagstaff. I was doing all my shopping like always spend hours on what I was gonna buy. Looking over the clothes and other cool items I left my cart alone for a few minutes when I come back is not there so I ask the front cashier.whats going on and all they said is it was taken away cus they saw the cart alone. And after spending all my time getting my stufff. I’m so disappointed. That was just a waste of time. Going in to Marshall for all my items where put back Not coming back anymore screw you Marshall
