Kid got struck by another vehicle. Sad day. Or rear bumper got ripped off asking with some other minor damage. We got a quote, parts were ordered, and we got it fixed! Paint and parts matched beautifully! The folks here are hard workers to get the job done! I'll tell anyone who asks- Latham's is The place for our family to take auto body work that needs done! Imagine yourself at the age of 20 traveling by car late at night when your vehicle breaks down somewhere between your house and your destination. I was in a bind since I lacked roadside assistance insurance. Should I have my car towed home or to my hometown? Fortunately, after some coaxing from a buddy, I chose to tow my automobile, which was in my hometown. I'm delighted to tell that, even though it felt foolish to pull my car somewhere other than where I was living. I can state with certainty that I don't think I would have received better service or attention anywhere else. Regards, gentlemen!

Latham's went above and beyond repairing my car after an accident. They put my car in priority when they found out I had to go out of state for my grand child's birthing. I am very happy with how they followed up, returned phone calls promptly and where so friendly and helpful. I recommend them for their professionalism and helpfulness.

There is nothing more frustrating than damage to your vehicle, and having to schedule repairs, well NOT at Latham's. From the moment we walked in the door we got professional service, they helped us with insurance, and got the vehicle scheduled, and repaired, and back to us FAST. I took my car in to get a quote for some repairs on the bumper. The lady at the front desk was very rude. When the guy came out to look at the car he did not even look under the car in see how damage there was, which there was quite a bit of damage under the bumper. No one was wearing a mask and there was $30 COVID charge on my quote. At least wear a mask if you going to charge me a COVID FEE!

I've used lathems many times in the past with small dents and dings but after a collision in my Tacoma I thought it would be a no brainer to take it to lathems. I was then given my truck back with only 1 coat of base coat and very splotchy metallic flake in the sun. Lathems (Dean) being a unprofessional company and only looking out for themselves came up with every excuse in the book to not fix the paint. I then took it to another body shop that was happy to pick out lathems imperfections. Therefore a long time customer of lathems I will never be back and will continue to spread the word of their poor ethics.
