Not sure how this place is open... Better use of the land would be apartments or condos with interior parking garage, first floor creating a pedestrian oriented town, second floor Airbnb units, third through fifth floors offering amazing views, part of rooftop as a viewing deck, rest of it being solar panels and rainwater collection. One can dream right?

Taralyn at Flagstaff Kohl's store was very friendly and helpful. All the employees were very kind & friendly. Love this store.

Kohls brings yo in the store with there coupons, and there coupons are all honored. Unlike other stores that have coupons and when you go checkout other stores say "Oh no" you can't use this cpn on this item. KOHLS honors all there coupons on everything. That's why i shop Kohls, also there sales associates have the best customer training.

Took our service dog here for store training found out he Is scared of feathers ? Very friendly staff! Decent prices I’d recommend looking for sales!

Way over priced, even the clearances were ridiculous, the customer service was awful and I left without buying anything because the cashier was to busy chatting away from the register, when I called out to have someone ring me up, she made a rude comment and continued talking.

I have been a Kohl's customer for over 10 years. I have appreciated what Kohl's business stands for and the selling of their products like men's, women's, children's, household items, etc. I like their sales and discounts along with the earning of Kohl's cash. Thank you, Kohl.

One of the employees followed me around the store and would just stare at my wife and I. Everywhere we went, she followed and pretended to be doing "work" while just watching us. We ended up just walking out.

I had a great shopping experience at the Kohls Department store in Flagstaff. I needed new bed pillows and there were plenty to choose from. Also, the sales associate, Arlene was so helpful and I really appreciated that.
