The office manager is VERY rude and condescending and doesn’t not seem to know what she is doing in the slightest. The front office staff basically stare at you and each other until someone decides they have to help you. 0/10 would not recommend unless you want to deal with real unprofessionalism and inconsistent service.

One of the drivers from this company was very rude!!!! I'm not a customer of this company and the driver drove onto my property to service our neighbor. The driver told me I will survive but that is not the point !! I don't want heavy trucks driving on my property when I'm not the one getting the service !!!

My girlfriend and I were stuck on the side of the road overnight in the winter. AAA refused to help, and local tow companies wanted several hundred to tow us a few feet out of snow. The people at John Graves propane stopped out of the kindness of their hearts and got us out in a matter of minutes. While I can't say anything about their propane services, these people are good Samaritans with outstanding character. I would highly reccomend them!

Extremely inconvenient service I would give them negative 5 stars. I had an emergency over a week now and not even the headquarters would help. They said they would deliver this day and that day but no help at all! They will give you the run around and they dont give a damn about you. Dont even bother with them if theres any advice any one can give on legal action I can take please help!

I called and confirmed they refill 20 lb bottles and the price. Showed up in my RV and a nice gentleman met me at the pump, we chatted, he gave me a slip. I went inside to pay and chatted with the nice ladies who gave me a thermometer and a Halloween candy bag. Very great service, price and interactions 5 stars!

Absolutely the rudest staff in Flagstaff when attempting to communicate about your utilities. Overpriced service and will go to the landlord rather than the customer. Refuses to provide documentation for monthly bills, cancellation or final statements except over the phone. Have a leak? They don’t check. One day late on a bill? They call the landlords and make them pay it. Try to talk to the staff or owner? Forget it! Rude and condescending. Stay away! If you have to get propane work with any other company besides Graves

Excellent customer service! I took my tanks in for recertification, and they got me sorted out and I’m a happy customer. Now I’ll be back there for all my propane refills. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went into the office to ask about new services, and the women in the offices were very rude and brushed off my inquiries. I figure if there customer service skills were this horrible, it made me wonder what the actual service might be like SMH ??♀️
