Jeff Karl came through on a semi-last minute Christmas present in the form of a custom piece of jewelry for my wife. I wanted to get her a necklace of the San Francisco mountains, she absolutely loved it. In fact I’ll be returning later today to get a couple more things done.

I stopped yesterday for the 1st time to inquire about getting a silver bracket and a silver/turquoise ring cleaned. How much/ how long? Well, they happily did it while a waited for free. The staff were pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked in. Shout out to Ivy. Real people who were not pushy - just helpful. Support local. Recommend

This is the best jeweler in town. My fiance and I both purchased our wedding bands here, and the customer experience was superb. I had some trouble figuring out the correct size for my hand and the metal that would suit my life. Ivy and Julia were so helpful and accomodating. I actually had to return the first ring I bought because the metal blemished at the gym. Jeff Karl Jewelers made a potentially annoying situation very easy and comfortable. I would come back here any day.

This is my go-to jeweler! A year or so ago I had them replace a lost opal in a ring that is very special to me and they did a beautiful job. Today I picked up a gold chain necklace that they repaired after I accidentally snapped it and they did a wonderful job with that, too. These services were both very affordable and everyone I’ve spoken to there has been very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding Jewery store with a very quant local Flagstaff atmosphere! I have to say the owner (Jeff) and his staff are extremely nice and pleasant... I called Jeff on Veterans Day and asked him if he could polish my watch as it had some surface scratches on it. He informed me he would be very happy to do it for me and that there was no charge since I was a veteran, which was very nice. Jeff, also asked me if I could leave the watch so that he would have time to do it properly, which I did. I picked up the watch the next business day and it looked amazing! Thank you, Jeff and the pleasant staff! Darryl.
