Tax preparation was so easy at JH. Response to schedule appointment was on the spot and service was great with no wait time to get seen. Was even able to apply a discount for sevice which was super!

No return calls, they say they’re open but they never answer their phones. Unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one. Go to H&R, don’t make the same mistake I did, they will delay your payment and then go on vacation. Furthering more delays.

The office is run down and need of repairs. The only reason why I continue to go there is because of Jeannie and her excellent customer service. I have been a customer since 2014 almost 10 years. I was charged double last years rate to prepare my taxes. As a continued and long term client I would expect a reduced rate based on repeat business. As I went to sign the person that helped me was unable to provide a voucher to pay my taxes as previously done in years past. This was unacceptable to me and will probably look elsewhere for a more professional service.
