terrible customer service, Chris the “greeter” doesn’t take customer complaints. His quick response is “it’s not my problem”. How are you an employee wearing a name tag & saying it’s not your problem. If you’re not gonna work with customer or dismiss them. You shouldn’t be in customer service.Specially drove to flagstaff for an engraving & out of all the employees there the ONE person who is trained on it, left early. Why aren’t the managers trained? Why is it just ONE person, when they advertise engraving. disappointed with this ACE location.

I had a problem with a Milwaukee Tool. The Store Manager Michelle went out of her way to make it right. Great customer service!

I frequently go to this store. They are so very much better than their competitors! I bought cherry cabinets and they were installed by Tony Fullerton who has 40 years of experience. An impeccable installation! We are in love with our cabinets! They are BETTER than expected! Wouldn’t go elsewhere! Love, love, love this store! We are very grateful and thrilled. Many thanks everyone!

I wanted to like the store, better help than Home Depot but slightly more expensive. Lots of specialty items. HOWEVER..... you cant return anything thats open. In some areas that is understandable. However, if you buy saw blades, remove one of five from package to realize they do not fit your saw when you get home, they where never used and you tried to return them 30 minutes later and cant.... thats JUST WRONG! Not planning to go back.

Everything is very expensive and prices seem to keep going up. Only thing I continue to go there for is nuts and bolts.

This is suppose to be the home town local hardware store even though I believe this is their 3rd or 4th name on the building over the last 32 years I have been in Flag. Friendly and knowledgable staff. I called one day to get information for shop service. Left a message because they were busy. Called the next day and got the information I needed. 2 day later someone finally calls me back. I dropped off my machine off at the shop with 3 services on the list. A couple of messages was left with no call back or update. Finally got a call it was done. Sunday, as I get done paying this is when it gets even better. A radio call from the service department asking me to go back and talk to them. The shop guy advised me 1 of the service I requested was never done. 1 of the service was done incorrectly. 2 days later I called for an update. I was told the shop supervisor was too busy Monday and Tuesday to look at it and he will look at it tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. At this time I spoke to a manager to voice my concern this was not a priority to the shop. Wednesday came and went. Thursday morning I called and spoke to the GM (?) and voiced my concerned again. During this whole event only the GM showed a little (and I mean little) concern and not much. The shop had no concerns over this event what so ever. Maybe next go around would be better.

Cool store but I have to say the customer service was a little excessive to the point they made me feel like I was stealing. Had about 4 people ask me if I needed help and that was just the first 75 feet. Then there was an associate always following me and watching me. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

You know how when you go to Home Depot and you’re looking around for miles the aisle and you cannot find a single person to help you find the thing that you’re looking for? Hong Kong is the exact opposite! As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted by a friendly person with cookies!! Yes, cookies, and popcorn! They ask you what you need, if you need to help find it and then the radio for a person to meet you in the exact spot where they’re sending you to find the thing that you need. Then the person actually needs you there, quickly, and helps you find the thing that you need! It’s amazing!

Love this store! I do not go to the big orange store anymore (the one that rhymes with gnome repo). Home Co has fresh warm popcorn as you walk in. Today they also had fresh baked cookies. Everytime I shop here, multiple employees ask if I need help. Today, Mark, the manager of lumber, made my plywood purchases easy and fast.

For years and years HomeCo was go-to place. But they’ve gone way downhill. There is no customer service and longer. They can’t rescreen my window screens without them coming apart in a couple of months. About every four years why would cut my plywood seats to my outdoor chairs to perfection. But they can’t manage that anymore either. They charged me $50 to cut a basic piece of plywood into four pieces.More trips to Tucson I guess. There is no service here.

Bought an ego blower at this store used the product 1 time and they refused to give me a refund. Will not be coming back
