This is going to a be a bit unorthodox as far as reviews normally go. About a week my car broke down on the I17. I selected an auto repair shop based on a friends recommendation who were also supposed to tow my car in a few days. They flaked on towing my car at the last minute. Disappointed, I selected another local shop based on Google reviews.
The second shop quickly analyzed my car and sent me an agreement to be billed $2,000 for repairs(not including their nearly $200 fee for looking at the vehicle). They stated because of a dent in my fuel tank, I needed 3 things:
1. A new fuel pump
2. A new gas tank
3. A newly programmed key fob
A new key fob? The original had stopped working over a year ago, that didn't make sense.
A gas tank AND a fuel pump? They stated the dent was in the exact location of the fuel pump and the likelihood it was damaged was great. Additionally, I drove the vehicle for two weeks after the dent occurred without any issues. This seemed unlikely, also a $2,200 bill in this economy would suck.
I called Heath's for a second opinion, Chris answered the phone. He understood that I probably wasn't going to bring my car to Heath's because it would cost me another towing fee. Despite that, Chris took several minutes to think about my situation and talk to me. He told me to go fill up a large gas tank (5 gal or so) and put it in the vehicle, see if it starts. He said I could call and ask for further advice depending on the outcome. I followed his advice and the vehicle started right up. It turned out that the dent in my fuel tank was causing my fuel gauge and alerting system to misrepresent how much fuel I had. Chris' hunch was correct, I had simply ran out of gas. Of course the shop waved their fee for looking at my vehicle, if not I would be naming them. It cost me $0.00 to get my vehicle back, I simply need to gas it up sooner. I will eventually get my gas tank fixed but when I can afford to. Thanks Chris.

Dropping off our daughter for college and had a problem with a metal rubbing sound on our front wheels of our van. Dropped it off right after lunch and they had it fixed before 5p. They were fast, communicative, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again!!
