I bought a nail gun on clearance and they have a 5 day return policy. It was the 6th day. No return. Broken gun. Now I'm out 150 bucks for trash.
Manager makes no exceptions.

Had a very good experience here. The guy at the counter was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. There should REALLY be a Harbor Freight Tools in every single city in the country.

Three guys at the front and not one is helpful. They were rude and when asked to help locate an item they just pointed and said lower shelf. The taller blond guy is the worst. I left and went somewhere else.

I don't know if I will ever shop here again, when quality counts. I bought the membership, paid the extended warranty for everything I get. When the solar controller almost burnt my house down with my kids in it (less than 2 weeks old) they acted like a return was a problem. I reached out to customer service...no response.

Bought Drummond 1.0 well water pump to boost our low pressure residence. It was installed by licensed plumber. It was loud and leaked immediately. I took it back and they would not accept it because they do not accept pump warranties.FYI never by a pump from Harbor freight for this reason.

It's harbor freight, does it every really disappoint? I purchased the large 3400 amp jump box.
I then used this jump box to start a diesel truck with completely dead batteries. I was very impressed as I had connected multiple jump boxes before and they struggled but this just worked like a champ. 12v or 24v, has a switch for both and I was really impressed.

Very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shop there frequently. The prices are reasonable, and I have never had any issues with their products
